This is kind of just an fyi for anyone looking at creating a massive XP pool to draw from.
A 20th level Wizard with 195,000XP stuffs an ice statue in his backpack and uses Lucid Dreaming to visit the Dreamheart then casts Ice Assassin creating a clone of him self taking him down to level 20 and 190,000XP.
This newly created IA is a clone of this 190kxp Wizard. It induces a negative level on it's self which results in level loss bring it to level 19 & 180,500xp. Which Planes Shifts home, wakes the original caster up, takes the unused 20,000gp in powdered diamond & the unused ice statue, and then it also uses Lucid Dreaming as a set up to avoid losing Material Components prior to casting it's own IA.
Both this IAs have 175,500xp at this point which isn't enough remaining to cast another IA. So they neg them selves down to lv18 & 161,500xp allowing them both to cast another IA using the same Lucid Dream trick. The four of them neg and cast again producing a total of eight new 17th level IAs with 144,000xp each for a finishing total of twelve, a deadly dozen. This process takes three iterations, or three constitutive 9th level Slots so depending on the original Intelligence Modifier this can be done each time the original obtains 5,000xp (1 encounter if soloing or 2 with a full party)
Orders to obey are passed down in between them and every single one of them obeys the original Spellcaster. You then kill the very first IA you made after quickly using them so in the absolute worse case scenario none of them have any desire to subvert openings in your command to kill you. And that's how 511 got their name. They are secretly created a Wizard army and sold you their duped clothing for additional profits.
For crafting and lower level Spell XP expenses and related purposes you have a collective pool of 96,000 expendable XP (excluding negs) generated off the original 5,000 spent. This mean by using IA instead of casting Wish directly you have a full 12:1 ratio to wish for things. Inherent bonuses also don't have to be cast consecutively by the same caster, only the creature has to be affected by consecutive castings, this can also be used to obtain a +5 Inherent bonus on at two ability scores with two wishes remaining.
Total breakage.
