If a Sha'ir uses Lesser Planar Binding to bind a Gen to his/her service, can the Gen use it's Fetch Spell ability to fetch the spells of the Sha'ir, despite not being his gen familiar?
The Sha'ir class says that it uses its gen familiar to fetch spells for it, but all gens have Fetch Spell regardless of being a familiar or not.
Fetch Spells (Ex): A gen can find and deliver spells
to a sha'ir from the elemental planes. The time
required depends upon the spell, as given in the
sha'ir description.
The ability itself suggests that a Gen can fetch spells for any Sha'ir, at least the way I seem to be interpreting it.
