Pretty Soldier "Unforgivable! A Sailor-suited Pretty Soldier of Love and Justice: Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon, I will punish you!" -Usagi Tsukino, Pretty Soldier
Pretty Soldiers are those that learned to channel the power of love and justice in mighty magic blasts with a variety of effects.
Half-request and half-whim, the idea here was to do a more “generic” magic girl class just focused on magically blasting things.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Simple weapons, Light Armor
Dual Persona (Su): A Pretty Soldier must always look joyful, cute and inspiring in public, but sometimes they just want to relax and hang around so a second identity comes in handy. As a swift action the Pretty Soldier may jump behind some nearby convenient cover and transform her clothing and/or body in cosmetic ways then step back where they were. Even if she doesn’t change her body and leaves her face exposed, somehow nobody seems to regognize her, and everybody will think the “other” person just ran away while the Pretty Soldier arrived in the nick of time. Specific details are left to the player, but either way the effects are the same, nobody can tell the Pretty Soldier and other person are the same short of divination magic such as a True Seeing effect. The pretty soldier only has one other identity to hide behind, and the transformation details must be the same each time this is used.
Pretty Skills (Ex): Even when one has magic powers, mundane hobbies are nice to do. The Pretty Soldier automatically gains free full ranks at each level for one Knowledge, Perform and Craft skills of their choice plus Tumble. In addition while wearing only light or no armor and no shields, the Pretty Soldier gains Weapon Finesse for free even if she doesn’t meet the prerequisites and adds her Cha mod to Climb, Jump and Tumble checks.
Wonderful Wand (Su): The Pretty Soldier has a magic stick with a cute head that helps channel her magic abilities and doubles nicely as a blunt implemenet in a pinch. It counts as a masterwork melee weapon dealing 1d12 bludgeoning damage in the hands of the Pretty Soldier, counting as magic and light when beneficial and still be wielded with both hands, plus has a +20 bonus against disarm checks, but only on the hands of the Pretty Soldier, anybody else will treat it as an improvised weapon. In alternative the Pretty Soldier may, at either start or level up, swap her wonderful wand for one masterwork version of a melee weapon she's proficient with, either way they gain the following benefits. It can be transformed into a tiny seemingly common trinket as a pendant or toy or back as a swift action or part of Dual Persona. If somehow lost/destroyed the Pretty Soldier can reform it in her hands as a move action. At 2nd Pretty Soldier level and every 2 Pretty Soldier levels thereafter it gains a +1 enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls. It cannot gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls higher than +5, but extra bonus may be spent on special abilities such as Keen and Holy of equivalent value, and changed at each level up.
Beautiful Blast (Su): As a standard action that causes attacks of opportunity, by striking an elaborate pose and saying a short speech, the Pretty Soldier can unleash a colourful shot from her Wonderful Wand that hits as a ranged touch attack with a range of 10 feet plus 20 feet per Pretty Soldier level dealing 1d6 damage per Pretty Soldier level. Spell Resistance can stop Beautiful Blast, use your Pretty Soldier level as CL. Add any Wonderful Wand’s magic enhancements to the Beautiful Blast as well, each basic +1 to attack/damage also applies for SR penetration. The damage is either fire, acid, cold, electricity, positive energy or negative energy, or in alternative untyped damage but in that case the damage is reduced to 1d4 per Pretty Soldier level. Either way once this choice is made it can only be changed at level up. Beautiful Blast demands to wave the Wonderful Wand around and shout magic words, so any effects that would disrupt those also disrupt Beautiful Blast.
Sweet Shot (Su): At 1st level the Pretty Soldier can pick one of the following effects to add to her Beautiful Blast before making her attack rolls. At 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th level she can choose another effect to have add to her Beautiful Blast. The specific choice(s) can be changed with 1d12 hours of meditation, but you must always pick at least one from each lower tier before picking from your highest tier. Once a Sweet Shot is used, the Pretty Soldier must wait 1d2 rounds before being able to use it again. The Pretty Soldier can combine multiple Sweet Shots in a single Beautiful Blast, but then they all share the same cooldown and it is increased by 1 for each extra Sweet Shot. So for example if a 10th level Pretty Soldier combines 3 Sweet Shots, she would need to wait 1d2+3 rounds before being able to use either again. Any save DCs are 10+1/2 HD+Cha mod, including for any replicated spells/maneuvers.
Area-Beautiful Blast can affect any or all creatures in either a line with 5 feet plus 10 feet per Pretty Soldier level, or a Cone with 5 feet per Pretty Soldier level, or a burst centered on the target with 5 feet per 2 Pretty Soldier levels. Roll once and compare against the touch AC of the chosen targets inside the area.
Close Blast-This beautiful Blast doesn’t cause attacks of opportunity and can be used even if grappled and adds your Cha mod to damage if the enemy is adjacent or closer to you.
Combat Blast-If this Beautiul Blast hits, the Pretty Soldier can initiate a Disarm, Grapple, Trip or Bullrush on the target without causing attacks of opportunity and not needing any new attack rolls as if she was adjacent to them, using her Cha instead of Str and Pretty Soldier level instead of Bab if she wishes. In the case of a grapple, the target is wrapped by solid light and the Pretty Soldier doesn't need to approach to maintain it, although otherwise works as a normal grapple.
Extraordinary Blast-This Beautiful Blast counts as an Ex effect and no longer allows for SR.
Horizon Blast-Increase the range of Beautiful Blast by x10.
Magic Blast Zero- Choose a single 0th level cleric or wizard spell that deals HP damage. The spell must directly deal damage on its own, without being affected by any feats or class abilities. It cannot be affected by any metamagic either, neither be a spell that replicates other spells or demands an extra trigger to deal damage such as Fire Trap or Explosive Runes. If your Beautiful Blast hits it only deals half base damage but applies the spell to the target with CL=HD. Area/multi-target spells affect only the target of the Beautiful Blast. Does not apply SR. If it had a duration other than instantaneous, change it to 1 round. Once the spell is picked, it can only be changed when changing Sweet Shots. Can’t be combined with other Sweet Shots and increase cooldown by spell level.
Martial Blast I-Choose a single 1st level Strike of a martial school of your choice that demands an attack with a weapon (don’t need to meet any “must know X maneuvers of the same school” prerequisite). The Beautiful Blast works as if you initiated that Strike but using the Beautiful Blast itself as the weapon, even if the maneuver normally didn’t work with ranged attacks or if it needed a specific weapon. If it took more than Standard action to initiate, then the Beautiful Blast takes the same kind of action. Once the maneuver is picked, it can only be changed when changing Sweet Shots. Can’t be combined with other Sweet Shots and increase cooldown by maneuver level.
Power Blast-You may take a penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll up to your Pretty Soldier level to gain a bonus to its damage equal to twice the penalty taken.
Shattering Blast-The Beautiful Blast ignores hardness and deals full damage to objects.
Silent Blast-You don’t need to speak to use the Beautiful Blast neither does it do any sound.
Still Blast-You can use the Beautiful Blast even if physically unable to move, but still cause attacks of opportunity.
Sonic Blast-Your Sonic Blast deals sonic damage.
Sparkly Blast-Your Beautiful Blast leaves your target glowing brightly in the same colors for 1 round per Pretty Soldier level, negating any invisibility and miss chances as well as inflicting a -40 penalty on Hide checks.
Versatile Blast-You can choose to change your Beautiful Blasts’s element damage to another of your choice.
Blinding Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast must make a Reflex save or be Blinded for 2 rounds. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Blindness instead.
Deafening Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast must make a Fortitude save or be Deafened for 2 minutes, or 1 round even if they make the save If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Deafness instead.
Fatiguing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast must make a Reflex save or become Fatigued. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Fatigue instead.
Magic Blast I-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 1st level.
Martial Blast II-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 2nd level.
Riling Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast must make a Will save or suffer a Rage effect as the spell for 5 rounds. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Calm Emotions effect as the spell but only for the purpose of suppressing morale bonuses and emotion effects that aren’t fear effects instead.
Shaking Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Shaken for 2 rounds unless they succeed on a Will save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Shaken instead.
Sickening Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Sickened for 2 rounds unless they succeed on a Fort save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Sicken instead.
Dazing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Dazed for 1 round unless they succeed on a Reflex save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Daze instead.
Diseasing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast suffers a Contagion effect as the spell. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Remove Disease effect instead.
Enfeebling Blast-Any target hit by your beautiful Blast suffers takes a penalty to Strength equal to 1d6+1 per two caster levels if they fail a Fort save, a penalty to Dex equal to 1d6+1 per two caster levels if they fail a Reflex save, and a penalty to Int/Wis/Cha equal to 1d6+1 per two caster levels if they fail a Will save. Those penalties last 1 minute/CL and the subject’s ability scores cannot drop below 1. Even if they may make the save, the penalties last for 1 round. If they fail the save by 10 or more, the penalties last 1 hour per level instead. If they fail the save by 20 or more, the penalties are permanent until a Heal, Limited Wish, Wish or Miracle spells are used on them. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to automatically dispel any magical effects that are reducing one of the target’s ability scores.
Haunting Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast suffers a Doom effect as the spell with CL=HD except it lasts 1 round even if they make the save. If they fail by 5 or more, they're Frightened for the first round. If they fail by 10 or more, they're Panicked for the first round, then Frightened for 1 round, then normal Doom effect. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to instead grant them a Protection from Good/Evil/Law/Chaos effect as the spell of your for 5 rounds or a Remove Fear with CL=HD. Once a specific alignment is picked, it can only be changed when changing Sweet Shots.
Magic Blast II-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 2nd level.
Martial Blast III-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 3rd level.
Slowing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Slowed for 2 rounds if they fail on a Reflex save, or 1 round if they make it. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Slowness instead.
Awesome Blast-Any targets hit by your Beautiful Blast must make a Will save to be able to attack you or lose their actions as per the Sanctuary spell for 1 minute.
Exhausting Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Exhausted if they fail on a Reflex save, or Fatigued even if they make the save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Fatigue instead.
Frightening Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Frightened for 1 round if they fail on a Will save, or Shaken for 1 round even if they make the save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Frightness instead.
Injuring Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast loses any fast healing and regeneration for a number of rounds equal to half Pretty Soldier level. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to grant them Fast Healing 3 for the same duration.
Magic Blast III-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 3rd level.
Martial Blast IV-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 4th level.
Nauseating Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Nauseated for 1 round if they fail on a Fort save, or Sickened for 1 round if they make it. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Nausea instead.
Poisoning Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast suffers a Poison effect as the spell. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Neutralize Poison on them instead.
Confusing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Confused for 3 rounds. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Confusion instead.
Cursing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast receives a Bestow Curse effect as the spell, that lasts 1 round even if they make the Fort save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Remove Curse effect on them.
Magic Blast IV-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 4th level.
Martial Blast V-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 5th level.
Paralyzing Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Paralyzed for 1d12 hours round if they fail on a Reflex save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them of Paralyzis instead.
Restoring Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast takes 1d4 points of ability damage to a single ability score of your choice (halved if Con is picked, rounded down). If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them 1d4 points of ability damage of one ability score of the Pretty Soldier’s choice.
Crippling Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast loses a limb (arms cannot be used, leg reduces base movement speed by half, can also fully disable flight/swimming/burrow by amputating the respective bit) unless they succeed on a Reflex save, and the limb becomes unusable for 1 round even if they make the save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Regenerate effect on them as the spell, but only for the purpose of regrowing severed body members, broken bones and ruined organs.
Ensorcelling Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast suffers a Greater Dispel Magic with CL=Pretty Soldier level+Cha mod and no cap.
Magic Blast V-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 5th level.
Martial Blast VI-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 6th level.
Petrifying Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast suffers a Stone to Flesh effect, taking a -1 penalty on the Fort save for each 10% that their HP is below their maximum HP. If you hit a petrified ally, you may not deal any damage to replicate a Stone to Flesh effect on them instead.
Stunning Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast is Stunned for a duration of your choice unless they succeed on a Will save. If you hit an ally, you may not deal any damage to heal them from Stun.
Death Blast-Any target hit by your Beautiful Blast dies unless they succeed on a Fort, Reflex or Will save, your choice, changeable when you switch Sweet shots. This is a [Death] effect. If you hit a dead ally, you may not deal any damage to bring them back to life as a Raise Dead effect at 1 HP as long as they hadn’t been dead for more than 1 minute. If they had been only dead for 1 round then they don’t lose a level either.
Magic Blast VI-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 6th level.
Martial Blast VII-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 7th level.
Multi Blast-You can fire one Beautiful Blast at any and all targets whitin range as a fullround action.
Secret Blast- Your Beautiful Blast is invisible for anybody you will it so, doesn’t break any invisibility effect on yourself neither you take a penalty to attack from hiding, the target is denied their Dex bonus against it, and leaves no marks so that if they die there’s no clues left that you were the one who did it, even magic divinations will fail to connect you to the kill.
Twin Blast-You can fire two Beautiful Blasts as a fullround action but take a -2 penalty on the attack rolls.
Chain Blast-If you hit your Beautiful Blast, you can make a new Beautiful Blast with the same properties as a free action using the target as the point of origin against a new target. No single creature may be targeted more than once by a single Chain Blast and you take a cumulative -2 penalty on the attack roll of each such new blast.
Disintegrating Blast-Your Beautiful Blast ignores regeneration and any target hit is reduced to fine dust unless they succeed on a Fort, Reflex or Will save, your choice, changeable each time you use this Sweet Shot. Anything that specifically could be destroyed by a Disintegrate effect such as a Wall of Force can also be destroyed by this.
Force Blast- Your Beautiful Blast deals Force damage and automatically destroys any force effects between you and the target, continuing towards them.
Magic Blast VII-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 7th level.
Martial Blast VIII-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 8th level.
Piercing Blast-Your Beautiful Blast ignores all elemental resistance, SR, enemies that would be immune to its damage type still take half damage, half all bonus to touch AC besides Dex and Dodge, and if it offered a save for any effect and the target would be immune to that effect, they must still roll with a +5 bonus and be affected if they fail (they won’t suffer any ill effects if they succeed).
Light Blast-Your Beautiful Blast deals "light" damage, much like a Sunburst spell. A creature to which sunlight is harmful or unnatural takes +50% damage from this "light" damage.
Magic Blast VIII-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 8th level.
Martial Blast IX-As Martial Blast, but a maneuver of 9th level.
Mass Blast-You can fire two Beautiful Blasts at any and all targets whitin range as a fullround action, but take a -3 penalty on the attack rolls.
Tri Blast-You can fire three Beautiful Blasts as a fullround action but take a -4 penalty on the attack rolls.
Hyper Blast-Double your Beautiful Blast’s damage and range and gain +5 to the attack and damage roll.
Magic Blast IX-As Magic Blast Zero, but a spell of 9th level.
Martial Blast X-As Martial Blast, but you can use any Strike from one school of your choice. The specific school can be changed when changing Sweet Shots.
Moon Blast-Your Beautiful Blast has no range limit.
Persistent Blast-Whichever other Sweet Shot abilities you add to your Beautiful Blast, they can all be used next turn without waiting, including this one
Sugary Soul (Su): Starting at 2nd level the Pretty Soldier can pick one of the following effects to add to herself all the time. At 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th and 20th level she can choose another option to benefit from. The specific choice(s) can be changed with 1d12 hours of meditation, but you must always pick at least one from each lower tier before picking from your highest tier. Any spells have CL=Pretty Soldier level that cannot be dispelled. The Pretty Soldier may also end any one of them herself as a swift or move action, and restart them as another swift or move action. Any Stances/maneuvers have IL=Pretty Soldier level and can use Charisma instead of the original school’s ability score. All “any one” options can only change the specific maneuver/spells when choosing new Sugary Soul picks.

Pretty Champion (Su): At 20th level the Pretty Soldier is truly a paragon of her kind, able to channel the powers of love and justice to even greater heights. At the start of each turn she can either gain +6 Cha or gain one Sweet Shot or Sugary Soul of her choice, either way the picks last until the start of her next turn.
Meta Blast
Some Pretty Soldiers can further customize their blasts at the cost of acuraccy.Prerequisite: Beautiful Blast and Sweet Shot class features.
Benefit: When you pick this feat choose one of the following options that you can decide to apply when using Beautiful Blast. The choice must be made before you make the attack roll.
[Empower Blast]- by taking a -6 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll increase its damage by 50% as well as all any Sweet Shot's variable, numeric effects.
[Enlarge Blast]- by taking a -3 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack, double the range.
[Maximize Blast]- by taking a -9 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll, maximizes the Beautiful Blast damage as well as all the Sweet Shot’s variable, numeric effects.
[Harmonic Blast]-by taking a -X penalty on a Beautiful Blast attack roll that is combining at least two different Sweet Shots, reduce the cooldown of the Sweet Shot that required a lowest level by X.
[Heighten Blast]- by taking a -X penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll, increase any DCs by an amount equal to X/3, rounded down.
[Quicken Blast]- by taking a -12 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll, it can be used as a swift action.
[Silent Blast]- by taking a -3 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll, there is no need to shout magic words to use it and it makes no sound whatsoever.
[Still Blast]-by taking a -3 penalty on the Beautiful Blast attack roll it can be used with no need of waving the Wonderful Wand around, even if physically unable to move by some other force like being grappled/pinned or tied up or under a Hold spell or similar (but nof if they’re dead)
Special: You can take this feat multiple times, each extra time picking a new option. You can apply multiple meta effects to the same Beautiful Blast, but the penalties to the attack rolls will stack.
