Changing timezone

I may very well be having a day of selective blindness, but I cannot find where the... thing... is to change timezones as my time is showing up 6 hours behind what the actual time is.

Click on "Profile" Tab.
Hover over the "Modify Profile" tab to evoke drop-down list.
Select "Look & Layout".
Choose Time setting and Offset as desired.
