A penetrating strike releases a pressure wave that propagates into your foe's body, rupturing blood vessels beneath the skin.Make your attack as normal. Any living creature damaged by a this pressure strike begins to bleed, losing 3 hit points per round thereafter. Multiple wounds do not result in cumulative bleeding loss. The bleeding can be treated by a DC 15 Heal check or the application of a
cure spell or some other healing magic. Because the bleeding is solely internal, the subject must succeed on a Fortitude save whenever such treatment occurs in order to fully stop the bleeding. If the saving throw fails, the bleeding stops dealing damage temporarily, but opens up again the next time the subject performs a standard action (or takes any other strenuous action that would cause a disabled creature would take damage). Subsequent treatments while the bleeding is stopped allow the subject a new saving throw to fully and permanently stop the bleeding. Spells and effects that are explicitly effective at closing bleeding wounds are still effective.
