it qualifies for more feats, and now whne you get your first level in feral you can choose how many cat burglar levels change to feral levels.

If I don't mention it then it's fine.

SON OF PINKY
 - Does Strong Kitty actually give you a bonus or just offset a penalty?

VET
 - Kitty Wuvs the Lichlord is something I don't even know how to review.

BAKENEKO
 - Animation says random undead but then it's not random

I reworded the Son of Pinky and Bakeneko abilities to make more sense.

I take it the Vet capstone was a little out there?

If it helps think of it as a save or die that only targets undead

It's more than as far as I can tell, it's a unique ability to bring an undead back to life.  Also, it can cause complications.  What if you're fighting a lich and it's brought back to life.  Is it at full health?  Does it regain expended spell slots?  The DM has to rebuild the enemy mid-encounter and then the fight doesn't stop because the lich is still the bad guy.

In dat case I eagerly await your perusal of page 3! :D

Again, anything not mentioned is fine.

RANPU
 - Freedom of Movement permanently at level 6 seems excessive.

IRON FLOOF KUNG FU
 - Weapon proficiencies should move to the top of the class features.

PHANTOM CAT
 - Energy drain needs text for what happens if you drain all of the enemy's levels.

SEA TIGER
 - Do you need to have all three kitty forms to enter the prestige class?
 - Does the parrot familiar need to stay within 5 ft. in order to keep the bonuses of your spell-like abilities?
 - Okay Screw Parley abilities need save DCs

I didn't realize that Ranpu required another homebrew class.  I'd suggest that all cat prestige classes that depend on another homebrew class have a note about that (like what you've got for Phantom Cat).

As for spells:

Force Mine mentions Checked, that isn't actually a condition as far as I know.

Fort Cracker should mention how it interacts with wall spells like Wall of Stone/Force/etc.

Other than that everything seems fine, maybe some of them are underpowered.

They all do at the top.  Checked is a condition: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#checked  You either stop moving forward or get moved back.  Will update fort cracker.  What spells seemed underpowered?

They all have a link at the top but don't all have an explanation for that link.

Oh, so it is.

You've got high level spells that do nothing but damage.  They aren't bad spells, but I don't see them being used much in a character optimization game.

Crap I just realized what you meant.  I must have accidentalyl edited it out.  It's back in now.  I just noticed I did have non damage effects on the spells as well, so I guess they'll be ok for now.  I you're done w/page 3, I think page 4 only has a few classes.
