3x Hobkoblin large bone club (2-handed, takes a fullround action to use and cannot 5-feet step, +6 to hit, 2d6 damage, add x2 Str mod to damage instead of normal for 2-handed weapon, can make a disarm and/or grapple as a free action on hit with no need of another attack roll and adding +4 to either, can be used in a grapple, 40 lb, crit x3, 3 hits before it breaks).
3x Hobkoblin wooden bow (2-handed, 30 ft range, +4 to hit, 1d10 damage, on hit halves target’s movement speed and Dex/Dodge bonus to AC, 9 lb, crit x3, 3 shots before it breaks).
1x Rusty iron sword (1-handed, +5 to hit, 1d10 damage, ignores half Armor/Nat Armor/Shield, can be use Dex to-hit instead of Str, if wielder has weapon finesse can use Dex for both to-hit and to-damage instead of Str, 15 lb, crit x3, 3 hits before it breaks).
1x Rusty iron shield (heavy iron shield that grants +10 temp HP while equipped, when this extra HP runs out breaks)

All the hobkoblin weapons and shields can be used with no penalty even if you don't have weapon/shield proficiencies.
