The vicious hordes of the undead press forward once more, a few glancing blows landed by the shambling corpses, the four-limbed terrors went to work, charging in and wrapping themselves about their foes, draining the life away through their very touch. One drags the kicking Bleckerich away from his friends, clearly seeking to pull him into a position where he can be devoured at leisure. The touch of two others is too much for already wounded Biyou mercenaries, and they expire as the life drains from their bodies, the multi-limbed aggressors seeming to grow stronger with each passing moment. Even the mighty Lifter finds himself temporarily overcome, caught in a wrestling match by too many arms at once.

In terms of homebrew, use your own, and maybe one or two other homebrewers content. Otherwise you'll just be overwhelmed and can't fit it all into the story. There'll be enough to be getting on with with just what you've written.

Maybe it's me going down the obvious path, but the ending could be forming their own school/reforming the temple of nine swords + founding their own legacy weapons/collecting the nine swords. Basically to restore the honour of the martial adepts, even if it's not exactly the same thing as the original temple.

Personally I'd also encourage people to look at martial monstrous races (gnolls, hobgoblins, etc.) because of the strong lore role those play in ToB. And it's a little more interesting than the normal array of humans and dwarves you'd get in a martial campaign.

Either way, I'd certainly be interested in this.

Gwydion points to the machinery, his finger darting quickly between the various security mechanisms. "Disable the biometric lock, we're in." He looks expectantly across at the tech. Gwydion's a netrunner, and prefers working with computers to getting his hands dirty on machines if he can avoid it. He also makes sure to sidle carefully backwards, trying to judge the spot least likely to get him shot if anything goes wrong, and aiming his hand cannon carefully at the nearest turret opening. If it popped out, he wanted to get the drop on it.

Those enemies equipped with longspears poked mostly ineffectually at the combatants, but one managed a superlative thrust, and with a howl, a Hanian found himself impaled and expired.

The massive crash as the armoured Llethu impacts the building reverberates around the enclosing stone buildings, alerting everyone in the vicinity to the goings on. Amazingly, the wall holds against the strength of the giant, despite its poorly state, and dust cascades down upon all involved. From inside the structure, both Ebony and Madoc can hear the sound of scrambling.
