Don't feel obligated to agree. If you have reservations, that's fine, just say so. I just figured that it's a fairly common item, though almost no one bothers with the relic properties anyway since it doesn't really matter for what most people use it for. In this case, all I'm really buying it for is as a mobile workshop for my Dedicated Wright.

I know we're already breaking the economy as it is with all the artificer-y craziness and other such stuff, so I'm willing to just buy the thing at full price, but I still wouldn't be using the relic properties anyway.

Sorry, family emergency followed by the holiday resulted in a stall in development. Will finish everything very soon.

I'm all set.  I still have 704gp that can be used for whatever the group deems necessary (Brews for Boz?  Vscrolls for Venn?).

No,  I'm still having some trouble settling on scrolls, but should be finished tonight.

So, how do we all know each other? I was originally thinking I got into this scene because of my expensive creation being deemed too resource taxing and impractical. He'd spent too much time and money on something the company didnt like, and while his value was being analyzed, he offered to present his armor and it's usefullness by submitting it into the games. The company agreed, with the understanding that he would be the one inside it, much to his dismay. So he found himself on the team that way.

If I had to guess, I'd say Deppet found himself on the team because while he's certainly good at alchemy and such, he's also a bit of a company liability. A frequently exploding liability. So why not redirect that, er, expertise to somewhere it can do some good? If the team succeeds, so much the better for SI. If not, they'll get a lot fewer safety violations.

For Phil, I would guess that the Delvers specifically requested he be part of the team, to further test versatility and durability.

Also, who technically started the company?

For my character, he started out as a young Wizard's familiar, but quickly found himself exceeding his master's achievements. So he broke the pact with the Wizard and began a promising solo career as a tinkerer and magical craftsman.

I'm sure I can find a way in from there. :)

Will be ready soon. Pretty much just cleaning up my list of scrolls. There are an awful lot of spells to pore through, and it's hard to get the proper mix of utility and combat-ready spells. This is really why no one uses scrolls so extensivelly in the game. :P

Just about done. Scrolls are set, just need to write up my description/bio stuff.

I'd like to use 393.75 of that leftover gp to purchase a 1st level wand for group healing purposes.
