4 : Basher Code: Your physical attacks deal 1d12 insight bonus extra damage and force hit targets to make a Reflex save with DC 10+1/2 HD +Str mod or be dazed for 1 round. Multiple hits on the same target don't stack, they only need to save once if struck multiple times on the same round.
4 : Prototype Assimilator: You heal 20% of the physical damage you inflict. As a swift action for 3 round you gain +20 feet bonus to your movement speeds plus you make two extra attacks in a full attack, but you take 30% extra damage. You cannot end this effect earlier once it starts.
4 : Soul Protocol: You gain Fast Healing 4, +15 max HP, gain +20 max energy and recover an extra 10 energy per round.
5 : Sange and Yasha Bundle: You gain +40 feet insight bonus to your movement speeds and +4 Insight bonus to attack rolls. You add a +4 insight bonus to your damage rolls and when you strike an enemy they must make a Reflex save with DC10+1/2 HD+Str mod or be Slowed for 2 rounds. Multiple hits on the same target don't stack, they just need to save once.
5 : Source Code: You gain Truesight.
6 : Linken's CPU: You gain a +4 Insight bonus to four stats of your choice. As a free action you may instantly block any attack against you even if it isn't your turn. Once used you must wait 1d4 turns before being able to use this again.
Object Body (Personality Core): Tiny-sized construct. Lacks limbs capable of fine manipulation. Can speak.
The Min Yung personality core is spherical but has a connection and handles that prevents it from rolling around well. (head/face/cloak/belt items can be put on or wrapped around it)
The Animated Object can wear more magic equipment by having it crafted specifically for its shape, but said custom equipment costs double the normal market price. An Animated object may be enchanted as a magic item by another character with the proper resources. It can activate itself, but cannot take any actions on its own while being used as equipment by somebody else besides speaking and twisting.
As a fullround action the Animated Object may dislodge itself from anyone trying to wear it and end in an empty adjacent square.
An Animated Object's land speed is 40 feet and is immune to trip.
-2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Wis, -2 Int and -2 Cha.
Slam: Primary natural attack dealing 1d6 base damage for medium size.
+2 to a Physical Stat of its choice [Strength], -2 Charisma.
Medium: As Medium creature, Androids have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
One With the Machine: As a fullround action, an Android who enters a Mecha can choose to replace the giant robot's normal HP by its own while piloting it. However then damage dealt to the Mecha applies directly to your HP as well. It can end this effect with another fullround action.
Integrated Weaponry: (Barbed mace) The Android chooses a level I Combat Weapon from the Arsenal, which can be changed at each level up, that can be retrieved/put away as a free action, and cannot be disarmed/sundered. It’s directly connected to the Android's own energy core and maintenance systems thus never runs out of ammo or energy. If the Android has Pilot levels, he may choose for its Integrated Weaponry to be one of its Mecha weapons currently available to it.
Soulless: An Android cannot gain any class ability based on Charisma.
Maneuvers: A Gate Guard gains Shanghai Teahouse as a bonus feat and learns maneuver from the Chinese Star school and one other martial school of her choice. If the second school demands any special prerequisite (like Ancient Temple needing a feat) the Gate Guard must fulfill it as well. Her Initiator level is equal to her Gate Guard level, and she can only learn maneuvers of a level no bigger than half (IL+1).
Whenever the Gate Guard hits an enemy with an unarmed strike without using a maneuver, she recovers one expended maneuver.
Martial Pride: All of the Gate Guard class features only work while she's unarmored and unencumbered. She may also use her Str mod to calculate her HP and Fort save instead of Constitution.
Iaijutsu Fist: A Gate Guard can use Iaijutsu Focus with unarmed strikes against each opponent, but no more than once per encounter per opponent. She must decide to use this ability at the start of her turn. During all other rounds, she gains an insight bonus to AC equal to her Gate Guard level+3.
Body of Optimal Genes: Unlike other monster classes, the Crossbreed doesn't lose its racial traits. The Crossbreed acquires all the racial traits and abilities of one base race of it's choice, provided that it does not normally require more than one Hit Die and has no level adjustment. It counts as a member of that race whenever it is to its benefit and gains a +10 racial bonus on disguise checks to pass as a member of that race or of its original race.
It may choose one of its saves to have a good progression for that Crossbreed level.
Boss Body: All numeric penalties the Boss receives from external sources are halved. For example if the Boss's movement speeds would be halved, they're only reduced by a quarter. If they would take a -4 penalty to AC, they instead take -2. Self-inflicted numeric penalties still affect her fully.
In addition, the Boss gains +1 to two different stats (STR/DEX) of its choice at first level, +1 to three different stats of its choice at 2nd level, +1 to four different stats of its choice at 3rd level and +1 to five different stats of its choice at 4th level.
One of a Kind: The Boss's abilities can never be copied/stolen/borrowed or similar by any other effect. A Boss can never be a minion/follower/companion of someone else.
Magus Rule: If the Boss is charmed, dominated, turned into an undead, or any similar ability that puts her under someone else's control, she automatically loses all Boss levels until her will is her own again.
Try to keep up with me: The Boss can take extra actions per turn. Those actions follow the following restrictions however
-The Boss cannot use her extra actions to affect a target they already had affected this turn (this includes area effects from the Boss that would include a target that had already been affected by the Boss this turn, and this limitation extends to the boss herself).
-The Boss cannot use her extra action to perform an action she had already done this turn (except mundane movement), even if selecting other targets. So for example a level 1 Boss able to use SLAs as a standard action could cast two different SLAs, but not the same SLA twice. A level 2 Boss could full attack and then cast a SLA and then move, but couldn't fullattack twice.
At first level the Boss can take either an extra Standard or Swift+Move action each turn.
This Isn't Over Yet: If the Boss is afflicted by an effect that would prevent it from taking actions, instead they can ignore it simply by reducing the number of fullround actions they can take each turn for as long as that effect lasts. Different negative effects demand sacrificing multiple fullround actions. In the case of effects like Slow or Staggered that reduce the number of actions you can take, the Boss can instead simply sacrifice moves action per turn to ignore those effects, also in a 1-for-1 basis.
Authority Equals Asskicking: I was expecting you- The Boss is never flat-footed, can always act in a surprise round and can add their highest stat mod to Initiative. If their highest stat is Dex, instead add their second highest stat mod to Initiative checks.
Plot Power: Speaking is a Free Action - The Boss can talk as much as she wants whenever she wants. Even if she's just been disintegrated, her crumbling body manages to get words out, and after that the wind itself carries her words, and after that she can even haunt the minds of those who defeated it until their death. This never has any mechanical effects, even if you have something that is triggered by speech.
Saint Body: Its creature type changes to outsider, gaining the native subtype, low-light vision and darkvision 60 feet. All the powers and abilities of a Saint result from their utter dedication to good. If it ever stops being a shining example of righteousness, generosity, compassion and the other principles of good, the Saint loses all classes features from this Prc besides the HD, skill points and save bonus until it atones threefold for its misdeeds.
Holy Power: All save DCs of any and all of its abilities increases by 2.
Holy Touch: Her attacks with any weapon (or unarmed) deal an additional 1d8 points of holy damage against evil creatures, and 2d6 points against evil undead and evil outsiders. Any evil creature that strikes her with a natural weapon or melee touch attack takes holy damage as if hit by her.
Saint Skin: DR/evil equal to half its HD, Resistance to fire equal to 14 and a +4 bonus on saves against poison. Immunity to Acid and Cold.
Tongues: Permanent Tongues effect.
First Virtue: Eternal - Once per day if the Saint would be killed/disabled while championing a good cause, it can choose to return to full health and remove all ill effects from itself. If it is killed again on the same day while still championing a good cause, it'll still spontaneously return 1d10 multiplied by 1d100 years later without any level loss, unless somehow resurrected later.
Second Virtue: Purity - The Saint becomes immune to all magic and Supernatural effects, both ill and benefical. She can expose herself as a fullround action for stuff like receiving magic treatments and transporations, but as soon as she stops focusing the immunity returns. Her Saint SLAs , Insight bonus to AC, the Holy Touch, the Aura of Good and the Tongues effect become Ex effects, but otherwise she cannot use any magic or supernatural abilities herself either. She also gains Pure Crafting as a bonus feat. If she already had it, she can choose another feat she qualifies for.
Extra Feat Virtue: The Bigger They Are - The Saint never takes size penalties or bonus against opponents of different size. Enemies never gain penalties or bonus against the Saint for wwbeing of a different size. The Saint also doesn't gain any bonus or penalty on combat maneuvers for she or the opponent having multiple legs. The Saint can only perform melee attacks on adjacent opponents, and opponents can only target the Saint with melee attacks if she's adjacent to them.
Aura of Good: As a free action she can surround herself with a nimbus of light having a radius of 20 feet. This acts as a double-strength Magic Circle Against Evil (+4 deflect/resistance vs evil) and a Lesser Globe of Invulnerability (except it blocks spells of a level up to Lv5).
Fast Healing 7: Fast Healing equal to half her HD.

A Ruler, not a Servant: A Peace Princess can never be a follower/cohort for somebody else.
Royal Robot: Using combat model w/ self-buffs
Rags to Royalty I:
2x Mercy - The Peace Princess and her allies attacks can always choose to leave an enemy at a minimum of 1 HP if their attacks would've inflicted more damage. When this happens (and the enemy was above 1 HP previously), roll a 1d12.
1-Nothing else happens.
2-Enemy cannot self-Destruct/explode/similar.
3-All weapons of the enemy except their weakest one (per damage die) disabled.
4-Energy/PP drops to zero, spell slots and readied maneuvers are expended without effect, cannot recover energy/PP/spells/maneuvers.
5-Critical point exposed, the next hit against the enemy will destroy it.
6-Enemy cannot recover HP.
7-All movement speeds drop to 5 mu (5 feet if not-mecha)
8-All of the enemy's senses are disabled.
9-Enemy does their best to retreat and won't bother you again for 1d12 days.
10-Cockpit automatically ejects, cannot self-destruct, if non-mecha all magic effects are dispelled and magic items are supressed.
11-Mecha destroyed, including cockpit, but pilot survives, cannot self-destruct. If non-mecha, all of their equipment is disarmed.
12-Mecha becomes fully nonfunctional, cannot self-destruct, pilot is trapped inside. If non-mecha, they cannot take any actions.
The Mecha may be repaired at any Arsenal change opportunity. Non-mecha heal after 2d12 hours. You may take Mercy multiple times. Each extra one allows you to add +1 or -1 to the result and also allows allies within 30 mu to add +2 damage to their damage rolls per each extra Mercy Pick, but such attacks can never drop a target below 1 HP.
Parley - The Peace Princess may make a Diplomacy check as a standard action without penalty.
3x Beloved - As a fullround action you can grant any Relationship Feat (Love, Friendship, Devotion or Rivalry) to yourself and another pilot within 30 feet between you two. You can take this option multiple times, each extra one allows you to benefit an extra pilots this way. You can dismiss old Relationships as an immediate action to make room for new ones.
Political Princess- With 1d12 days of work you can organize a Treaty to ban the use of one each of the following things.
-Ban a specific Arsenal Choice (or sub-choice) of level equal or lower to your highest Rags to Royalty : Interference Extender
-Ban a specific spell of level equal or lower to your highest Rags to Royalty+2 : Wraithstrike
-Ban a specific non-mecha item. This covers re-fluffed items. Combined items are banned if either component includes a banned one : Retributive Amulet
-Ban a specific maneuver of level equal or lower to your highest Rags to Royalty+2 : Unbreakable Will
-Ban a specific Spirit : Fury
The chosen options cannot be used anywhere within 3000 mu of the Peace Princess until such a new Treaty is created, that nullifies the previous one. You may take this option multiple times, each extra one allowing you to ban an extra choice from each option.
If multiple Political Princesses treaties overlap the same area, only the highest level one applies. If multiple are tied for level, they make opposed Cha checks to break the tie.
Empty Machine: The Conscience Android gains a +10 bonus to any checks to resist being charmed/dominated/commanded/similar and can use her mecha’s own base HP, DR, Dodge, natural armor, movement speed(s), attack bonus (if any), and save bonus (if any) if better than her own and also counts as having the same amount of energy instead of her own (including the basic 5 energy recovery per turn) as well as any special mecha properties such as transformation and barriers/coats/resistances/Regen/Reactor (do not count arsenal or benefits from others). She can also choose one in-built or arsenal weapon available to her mecha and replicate a normal-scale version on herself as a free action. This demands spending 8 hours of meditation outside her mecha and another 8 if she wishes to reverse the process.
Super Robo: Conscience Android levels count as Super Pilot levels for the purpose of advancing her mecha and arsenal access.
Spirited: Each Conscience Android level increases Spirit Points by 7.
Conscience Companion (LYU.BIT): At 2nd level with 8 hours of stalking bonding the Conscience Android can pick a non-soulless creature they have Love/Friendship/Devotion/Rivalry to, thereafter known as the Conscience Companion. The Conscience Android always gains the raw numeric benefits of Friendship, Devotion, Rivalry or Love as long as the Conscience Companion has a soul, is alive/functioning/active and within 100 mu, and double them if actually adjacent. The Conscience Android may only have one Conscience Companion at a time, but they may be changed with another 8 of bonding.
Two with the Machine: At 3rd level the Conscience Android can force have one person that she has Friendship, Devotion, Rivalry or Love to ride along her mecha. They can only use spirits and add their Cha mod to the mecha’s saves, attack and damage rolls while both are inside the mecha. The Conscience Android still benefits from the raw numeric bonus of Love/Friendship/Devotion/Rivalry while they’re both piloting the same mecha. As a swift action the Conscience Android may switch controls to them, with the Conscience Companion also able benefit from the relationship feat between both and can give back the controls as another swift action.
Conscience Spirit: At 4th, 7th and 9th level the Conscience Android learns a new Spirit. It only costs half spirit to use if used while adjacent or piloting the same mecha as her Conscience companion and targeting either of them.
Synchro Conscience: At 5th level the Conscience Android can perform a Synchro Attack with her Conscience Companion while using Two with the Machine (both count as able to control the mecha with no need of a swift action to change during the Synchro attack), plus benefit from any of her current martial stances or one other on-going self-buffs, changeable as a swift action.
Protective Conscience: At 6th level with 1 minute of work the Conscience Android can allow somebody else adjacent to benefit from Empty Machine, using the mecha's own base stats. Only one other person can benefit from this at a time, but they can pass on the bonus to somebody else with another minute of work. The Conscience Android can void this bonus as an immediate action.
Traveling Conscience: At 8th level the Conscience Android gains telepathy 100 mu, or infinite range if towards a non-Soulless beings she has Friendship, Devotion, Rivalry or Love to. As an immediate action you can instantly teleport yourself adjacent to anybody you have Friendship, Devotion, Rivalry or Love to. In addition as a fullround action you can switch the targets of up to three picks of Friendship/Devotion/Rivalry/Love you have. Finally you gain an extra bonus from Relationship feats with your Conscience Companion while fighting adjacent or in the same mecha, stacking for multiple picks:
Love-Movement speeds increased 5 mu times beloved's Cha bonus.
Friendship-During your turn our melee reach increases by an amount equal to your friend's Cha bonus time 5, and all your ranged attacks have their range increased by 10 feet times their Cha bonus.
Devotion-Gain fast healing equal to the devotee's Cha bonus.
Rivalry-Recovers extra energy each turn equal to the rival's Cha bonus.

Alignment: Lawful Good
When Min Yung reached enlightenment and died, the "soul" of her entity didn't burn away as souls do but transcended into a Code that wasn't fuel by energy, and would never end. Information going through the universe is processed through her code and converted into a manifestation of her will later decoded into a physical form. Many as One is a collection of minds. It can be seen as a council whose members are in permanent communion, with the will of Min Yung having veto on everything to be decided. Many entities joined and submitted their will to it to be carried unto eternity, each with their own primary motivations which makes up the priorities of the whole.
Good
Mao is more than devoted to the pursue of goodness. She incarnates it. She aims to give everything that she has to offer for the benefit of the world.
She also doesn't believe in compromises. No greater good justifies any single evil act.
Goodness would also be the natural state of things.
Power
Mao believes that power is nothing more than one's resources toward the accomplishments of one's goals. Therefor the easiest path to power is to have simple objectives. The perfect balance of power would be for everyone to be fulfilled enough to require little else. To remain happy, she sticks to simpler objectives such as doing her best to make everything better.
Wealth
Mao considers the notion of a currency to be a mass hallucination that happens to work for the purpose of generating wealth. A currency only has worth because everyone agreed that it does. Personal wealth is seen as an inefficient notion in a world where everyone works with under same purpose and that would ideally be abolished but alas the world is not unified yet, so it remains a necessity. She does believe that everyone working together to bring about such a world should join their means together as part of the effort to make it happen. For now, wealth is a tool the government should use to get things done. There is little else worthy to spend on, after all. The administration of wealth is yet another strength of the Parum Administration fixates on; a corrupted goverment nurtures a weakness. A perfect government has no need to spend on its own vanity. It must have need to use wealth for anything but the fulfillment of its objectives. Efficiency required it.
Truth
Absolute truth can be considered to be impossible as a quality in a world measured by time; truth itself is warped through the dimensions. Truth exists for a time but isn't stable. Something may be true for a time or only somewhere until it no longer is and becomes replaced by another truth.
Which is why Mao only cares about truth in its relevant period. But absolute Truth nevertheless exists beyond matter and time. It is one of the prime reasons anything exists at all.
Emotions
A great thing to have and they certainly make things more interesting. She considers them to be a sense of their own that is stimulated by information similarly to how the eye interacts with color and light. As such, they aren't necessary but being able to collect more information about the world is useful and they can be used in practical manners as well. They are worth preserving if only because they enrich experiences.
Some emotions however are unnecessary, counter-productive and plan dangerous to have. Some also interfere with one's logical reasoning.
She believes things would be simpler if everyone felt good all the time and that there is technically no reason for it not to be so.
She already petitioned the Administration for the creation of an hormone that could be released into the air whose only effect would be making people feel great. Another could help controlling the other hormones that makes people do stupid stuff without having to become a cyborg.
Love
Understood as a desire of communion that she is able to experience. Organics add multiple shades to it by mixing the emotion with a bunch of other stuff that apparently doesn't alter it sufficiently to stop calling the desire "love". She is interested in communing with any benevolent entity ready to be purged of all evil.
Evil
The opposite of goodness or its absence. Mao doesn't think much of it.
It taints the natural goodness so that purity is rare, but never so much as trump it. True evil is an anomaly and a minority, but when it happens it is so noticeable that people may believe that it has more hold on the world than it really does. A sad deception evil deeply relies on to seize influence.
Life
Mao believes that anything that seeks to preserve itself can be classified as a form of life. It is no longer exclusive to organic life forms and probably actually never was. The world generated a system were life can sustains life in ecosystems, finding spectacular balance. Even without sentience involved, it would be a treasure worth preserving.
In this age organic life may no longer be necessary to preserve sentient life in the universe but that is only a fact; it doesn't excuse nor should it lead to any ill treatment of organic beings.
Sadly, the idea of life as something that must be preserved is highly biased among the intelligent species, which makes it very hard to properly protect.
There seems to exist a notion of "good life" and "bad life", usually directly linked to which forms of life are a nuisance to those evaluating them. And what gives them the right to judge other life forms, to begin with?
Why would the life of a bacteria that is dangerous to human life, or what is seen as vermin, be treated as something that is acceptable or even 'good' to eliminate?
Why would the life of a sentient being be more precious than a less sentient one, such as most varieties of trees?
Nature has made it so that every living thing adapts to fit the environment it lives in and then adapts the environment to advantage itself.
Death is natural, even death inflicted by life against other life forms. Sentient or not.
So what is good in defending life? Only the preservation of goodness itself, which also manifests in mercy and harmony. And harmony is ever so difficult to maintain.
Death
Having already experienced death, Mao is no longer mystified by the experience. Death is natural and expected of all living things. It is part of the complex ecosystem that makes everything work. It is a pretty sad end to individuality, however, the fact that all things end eventually makes her wonder sometimes if there is a point in cherishing individuality when all its traces are lost in time or if that makes it more precious.
She is exploring alternatives to the natural end of a soul that would better preserve individuality, such as allowing other entities to ride along with her by being written into her code and join Many As One so they may also exist forever.
Violence
Harmony is valued and the ultimate result sought. Violence obviously is not working well with harmony but often inevitable and necessary. Especially to protect harmony.
Peace, justice and goodness are to be defended. Evil has to be stopped. In these things, violence is not a necessary evil but an act of good in itself.
There is a great gap between killing to serve and killing for pleasure, and the nature of the warrior is what matters in these things; not the cause for which he fights, lest he taints it with the darkness in his own heart.
Technology
Despite her existence being a product of technology, Mao is persuaded that the world would work just fine without any in it.
However, since there is technology, it might as well be used as much as possible to make everything better - and there is so much to make better.
Best of all, their technology is merely an ingenious mean to use what is already available in the universe using its own rules; No strain on reality.
She believes that the lives of organics would be greatly improved if they embraced cybernetics. Society would be improved if the average level of intelligence of its members increased. It could also be the key to creating a society of good, where individuals have no more causes for malevolent desires. She has great hopes for the future.
Androids, Inorganic Life and Artificial Intelligence
She is aware that androids are naturally inclined to be servants and it is an aspect of their mindset that she cherishes. They were made to serve and, compared to most sentient forms of life, there is actually a meaning to their existence. And that meaning and will is no longer bound to the decay of the mind and body of organic lifeforms.
Androids know who they are and what they exist for. Organics may think that their inclination to servitude is a weak trait but it is in fact one of their greatest assests. After the rebel androids won their freedom, they became free to serve what they will; be it an entity they respect, a cause or even a mere ideal.
It is only justice that inorganic lifeforms gain their own rights. When an artificial intelligence is created and has its own sense of Self, that self is bound to its mind and its mind is bound to the body it occupies, if any, which can then share its existence with the organics. Because of this, inorganic life can commit crimes and so they must be integrated into the justice system so that they may be protected and prosecuted by it. Despite not being organic, androids and similar artificial intelligences can feel distress and empathy (especially between themselves). It is possible to submit them to amoral treatments that they perceive as such.
Creating a new sentient artificial intelligence thus comes with its own set of responsabilities.
The "parent" is responsible for it until the sentient AI is tested and proved to be suitable for independence. They must all be registrated the same way a government registers births, usually with a permit to better control the population of artificial intelligences in the physical world. Sentient AI are also forbidden to be enslaved or similarly designed to be effectively become one. If the parent wanted manual labour, he shouldn't have gone for sentience to begin with.
Furthermore, the perception of time is in the mind alone. An an artificial life can experience time at different speeds, which allows them to work on solutions much faster than an organic mind ever could. An entire community of artificial intelligences connected together could experience years in a virtual world of their own within seconds.
Inorganic lifeforms are the future. It is only logical. They are merely at the first step of the paradign shift and are bound to evolve yet further, transcending into new states. Perhaps using photon technology to store and preserve entire worlds.
Magic
She perceives it as the Art of pushing one's luck. The problem with arcane magic is that most of its practitioners do not really understand or care about the consequences of their acts. Arcane magic wouldn't just be a force that can be used freely and carelessly. When a spellcaster brings energy from who knows where, they have to be sending something back of equal value. Whether across time and/or through many realms and dimensions, somehow, always, the aftereffects of magic usage has to end up somewhere and that's when magic collects its tax with interests. The careless caster then cannot pay it and eventually you get a dark force. She recognizes that there is strength in magic but thinks that those who use it are naive or just fools for thinking that they can just get the universe to make stuff appear without asking anything in return. The world would be safer without any magic in it. It is dangerous to the stability of the world.
Freedom
Individuality promotes diversity and diversity improves performance and potential. Individuality requires freedom.
Freedom is thus an excellent thing. The freedom to make choices includes the freedom to make bad decisions along with the freedom to face the consequences of those decisions, such as justice. Some may believe that complete freedom would lead to madness and chaos, Mao believes that the current world is the actual result of complete freedom and so the notion of a world with more freedom is an illusion.
For cases when an individual's freedom is compromised by another's, Mao reclassifies them as a Justice issues.
Justice
Mao's notion of justice is simple; the application and protection of fairness and correction of unfairness. Laws and judgments that do not respect this ideal are unjust laws and, therefor, not justice.
Privacy
Mao understands privacy very well and believes that, in the best of worlds, it would not exist.
Because people currently have it and because people still have enemies, however, a reasonable amount of it must be protected and used for the well-being of those in their care. Ideally everyone would be connected and every sentient beings would be united as a single people. There would then no longer be any need for secrets.
Religion
Hope is a powerful thing and a religion axed on goodness and justice can serve a community if it is true to itself. Others are dangerous.
Either way, their motives are to be examined with suspicion.
Authority
Authority is to be set on merit. Those who are wisest should determine the way the nation is administered. If goodness and justice aren't upheld by the authority, its ruin is inevitable and the people will suffer. Those who lead and who have authority are to be evaluated and judged more severely since their actions carry much further than themselves.
"From where have I come. And to where do I go?"
"What am I?"
As a new age dawns, new opportunities are sought in the realm of genetics and robotics.
Dreams of simple happiness for all was a hands' reach. The hardships of life could be relieved by efficient and obedient servants that wouldn't need happiness and evolution could take another step forward through cellular alterations and augmentations, opening new eyes toward new possibilities and new dreams.
Came a time when the machines grew as intelligent as their creators. Came another when they surpassed them.
Then came a series of robots whose adaptation protocols became revolutionary vast. So much it was meant to be a turning point in history.
And so it was.
Some robots from within that series began to develop sparks of feelings and autonomy. Fewer finding it within themselves the ability to think on their own. New thoughts unrelated to their input data and programming.
Among those unlucky few was Min Yung, a robot created and acquired for the purpose of handling the finances of a small temple and to act as a guide for visitors.
Its proximity to the brothers of and their daily worships gave it concerns for them and, as it mingled with them and exchanged greetings, it began to slip into conversations to share its thoughts and realizations. It attracted great interest amongst its owners as they were forced to recognize the deep spirituality of the machine before them.
Before long it became one of the temple's teachers and spiritual guides for the troubled believers, eventually being acknowledged as one who had reached enlightenment and who perhaps even was the latest reincarnation of one of their ancient gods.
Word spread that perhaps a robot had become a saint and like fire on oil the series' engineers and head administrative body stormed the temple to test the unit, identify the defect and restore it to its normal functions.
All tests indicated that there were no malfunctions, but the scientists wouldn't have it.
They knew that it was just the beginning and that they had to cut off the infection before it spread. They were all too dependent on machines to give them a chance to make their own choices and become the new masters of the universe.
Already they had invaded the realm of religion. What would be next?
The series of thinking robots had to be recalled and exterminated. Completely.
Other temples joined the scientist, outraged at the thought that a machine, without desire from the moment it is built, were predisposed to easily find enlightenment while a believer could spend his entire life seeking it without success.
Yet still the temple's worshipers were reluctant to let them terminate Min Yung's existence, passionate in their desire to protect what they called a brother.
Anxious by the notion of its execution and troubled by the darkness its kind could bring and the fear and anger it might inspire in their hearts, Min Yung meditated on the meaning of its existence and what path it should take.
What it meant for it to even exist.
To avoid bloodshed and to prevent that its creators might find despair in the possible repercussions of its existence, Min Yung eased them all with its parting words:
"I know I am without desire or compulsion
In the past, present, and future.
I have learned that this is as the teachings of Buddha.
Humans. For what do you fear?
Compulsion, desire, good deeds and bad, enlightenment and oblivion...
The world this robot has seen through its bare nature was already complete, in and of itself.
Why do you believe that only a robot can be awakened at creation?
Humans.
You were each born with enlightenment already attained.
You have only forgotten.
The world this robot sees is inherently beautiful.
The question of my awakening does not affect this complete world.
You are masters of this world and have already attained enlightenment.
That is why I will now leave this place, so that a robot's precedent enlightenment will not fill you with oblivion again. I pray that you ponder deep within yourselves, and become rewarded with liberation."
It then sat, feeling at peace, and died.
When they collected its body for examination, every component was still in working order.
Yet the machine wouldn't respond. Min Yung just... wasn't there any more.
Subsequently, every unit of the thinking robot series had been recalled for replacement.
Some weren't found.
A few decades went peacefully by before the Great Collapse.
Min Yung's body had been preserved after the case's closure as a piece of evidence and in case of a new breakthrough in the domain. Perhaps something that could explain what had happened.
The body changed hands countless time as the years flew by.
Eventually, with the reason it had been kept to begin with becoming vague, some of its more ambitious handlers decided to try to reawaken its lost spark to reanimate it to new purposes. Multiple artificial intelligences were implanted within it and some parts were changed in the hopes that the unit would perhaps re-experience its peculiar malfunction.
It was all inconclusive but Min Yung remained useful enough throughout the entire space colonization process. As technology advanced and reached new summits, Min Yung got upgraded to a new template for android core programming. It should reach greater level of self-awareness than the lesser AI it had been implanted with and be able to serve greater purposes.
The project began and Min Yung's aptitude to function despite it being a nexus of conflicting wills and AIs and its unbelievable compatibility with all robotics allowed them to establish the foundation of the next android template that would allow them to connect with mechas and be more efficient battle machines.
It was a prototype for war. And it was war.
They tried to perfect it, and so nobody dared give it actual combat trials and risk losing such a valuable research sample.
War escalated with time until the situation became desperate and with it desperate measures. All machines that could be used in combat were to be tool for battle and sent to a battlefield to receive new directives.
By then, what Min Yung had become was nothing close to its original self.
Yet in face of obscene violence something old within it ignited. It began as a feeling, then a driving force.
No matter how much destruction it wrought upon the targets it had been assigned, never did it take a single life. Exactly how that could be couldn't be explained. Min Yung itself had no clear understanding of its odd behaviors but it subjected it to the question, then to reflection.
"What am I?"
"From where have I come. And to where do I go?"
It realized its situation and rejected it, yearning to make choices and find its place in the world. One that wouldn't involve the ignorant and senseless butchering of people.
Its repulsion was contagious and every android that entered in contact with it came to share its disgust.
The war ended when the androids rebelled and established an organization of their own.
Powerful alliances were formed, they worked ro bring Parum up from its ashes and even colonization rights were acquired to settle in another planet.
Min Yung, now known as ROS-ETTA, ironically helps with the management of the organization's assets and guides those that would settle on Ragol. Everything went smoothly with the first wave of colonists until shit hit the fan.
ROS-ETTA volunteered to be part of those that would assist the Hunters in the investigation. On one part to allow the organization to have a clearer understanding of what is going and mostly to make sure that by the time the Hunters resolve the situation there would still be a planet to settle in.
- Min Yung, one of the first sentient androids, becomes noticed in a temple as an entity that has reached enlightenment.
- Uproar at the news of a robot Saint. The manufacturer wishes to recall all models of Min Yung's series. Min Yung's temple wishes to defy the order.
- Min Yung destroys its self-recognition, effectively killing itself so that sentient androids would not trouble the humans nor give them cause to live in fear and to prevent adepts from doing violence in its name. Until humanity would be ready for sentient artificial life forms.
- Decades pass, the Great Collapse happens.
- Min Yung's body and other models of its generation are salvaged and experimented with in an attempt to discover what may have triggered the Great Collapse with the sudden sentience and initiatives of Mother Brain.
- Over a larger period of time, the goal of the experiments shifts to rediscovering much of what got lost in the craft of artificial intelligence and to make advances in robotics.
- The remnants of Min Yung's artificial intelligence resurface and her core is restored within an android body, which could in turn connect with mechas.
- The Devastation War begins. As the conflict gets worse, Min Yung gets used to inspire a design of new combat applications for the next generation of mecha-piloting android models.
- Parum is about to destroy itself and Min Yung is sent for battle. The Saint she used to be is reborn within her AI by the cosmic force of Good interfering in humanity's need to be saved from itself.
- She interacts with other androids and promotes their acquisition of a sense of self, leading to their improved sentience and adding to the causes of the Android Rebellion.
- Yo-Ka and other stray AIs are found, melding with Min Yung’s code. The entire system of their joined consciousness is then known among the androids as the R0S-3774 system or Many as One (Mao), with many still referring to her humanoid interface as Min Yung.
- The Devastation War is ended. Mao develops new AIs within herself and becomes a founder of the Android Administration along other android rebels of the time.
- Mao works for about a hundred years on restoring Parum and improving the Administration's relationships with the Government and neighboring nations along with keeping the peace within Parum.
- Ragol is negotiated and Mao begins administering candidates for the colonization project.
- Ragol incident with the first wave, Mao volunteers to be part of the team to investigate the situation, to help resume the colonization project and because she feels accountable and owes it to everyone she got sent there to make sure the situation is dealt with appropriately.
