It seems the newest cast member of UQ Holder likes to rest at bonfires. I approve.

It's only x2 to slotless items, and Epic WBL is pretty far up there.
And then if you get everything crafted...
Pretty far up there, yeah. But it is limited, can be surprisingly limited as well..
Or their simply not READING THE POST before posting.
If you aren't going to say anything constructive. Don't say anything at all. ESPECIALLY when all your going to do is whine and moan about Quadratic Wizards and Linear Warriors.
If I gave a DAMN about Quardratic Wizards and Linear Warriors, I wouldn't made any of this feats, ever!
So, I have one last thing to say. Either start being constructive, or shut up and leave the thread
Epic Precision Damage
Requirements: Sneak Attack, Skirmish or Sudden Strike Class Feature
Benefit: Whenever Precision Damage would be negated, you instead do half the normal amount of precision damage instead of none.
Normal: Precision damage can be fully negated.
Epic Darkstalker
Requirements: Darkstalker, Hide 24 ranks, Move Silently 24 ranks.
Benefit: When you hide, creatures with Touchsight, Mindsight, Lifesight and Arcane Sight must make a Listen check or a Spot check (whichever DC is higher) to notice you, just as sighted creatures would make Spot checks to detect you. You cannot hide in plain sight unless you have that ability as a class feature
Normal: Creatures with these senses do not need to make Spot or Listen checks to notice other creatures within range.
Epic Feature Progression
Requirements: A class feature that progresses per class level.
Benefit: Select one class feature when you take this feat. That class feature now gains a bonus to its progression equal to 1/2 of your other class levels.
Normal: Your class features scale per class level.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times, when you do, you chose a different class feature to apply this to.
Special: Spell progression and the like do not benefit from this feat.
Invocation Sage
Requirements: Able to cast dark invocations or their equivalent
Benefit: You can select two invocations from any class that has invocations and learn how to use them. Invocations from other classes must be greater invocations or lower.
Normal: You can only learn invocations from your class.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times
Epic Iaijustu Focus
Requirements: 24 ranks in Iaijustu Focus
Benefit: You may apply your damage from Iajiustu Focus if you have drawn a weapon in the round even if the opponent is not flat-footed. If you do, the damage is halved. Additionally, Iaijutsu Focus is not capped at +9d6 damage and you may sheath your weapon(s) as a free action.
Normal: Your opponent must be flat-footed and the damage cap of Iaijustu Focus is +9d6 damage.
Hurricane of Steel
Requirements: BAB +20 with 4 attacks, Epic Attack Bonus +1
Benefit: You can take a fifth attack at a -20 penalty. Additionally, for every total of +5 your epic base attack progression grants you, you can make another attack per round, at an additional -5 penalt
Normal: You can only make four attacks per round.
Martial Strike Master
Requirements: Initiator Level 20+, Epic Attack Bonus +1
Benefit: When you use a strike maneuver, you may use a second attack at a -5 penalty. If you do, the strike maneuver effects both strikes, but any bonuses it applies is decreased by 2/3's.
Normal: You only attack once when using a strike maneuver
Special: At Epic Attack Bonus +5, you make choose to make a third attack at a -10 penalty, if you do, the bonuses granted by the strike maneuver is reduced by 1/2. At Epic Attack Bonus +10, you may choose to make a fourth attack at a -15 penalty, if you do, the bonuses granted by the strike maneuver is reduced by 1/2
Special: If you have two or more weapons, you can attack with off-hand weapons in addition to main-hand weapons.
Arcane Blade Mastery
Requirements: BAB +20 with 4 attacks. Caster level 20 or the equivalent.
Benefit: You may apply your casting stat as a bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Special: If you have two or more classes with a caster level 20 or the equivalent, you may apply the casting stat from each as a bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Epic Weapon Finesse
Requirements: Weapon Finesse, BaB +20 with 4 attacks. 25 Dexterity
Benefit: You can now use Weapon Finesse on all weapons, if you have a shield its ACP no longer applies to attack rolls.. Additionally, weapons that can be finessed with the normal weapon finesse apply the effect as a bonus to attack rolls, instead of a replacement to strength, as well as adding their dexterity modifier as a bonus to damage.
Normal: You can only Finesse light weapons or the rapier, whip and spiked chain. A shield applies its ACP as a penalty to attack rolls, and strength is replaced by dexterity for attack rolls.
Perfect Combat Reflexes
Requirements: Improved Combat Reflexes (Epic-Feat), Greater Combat Reflexes (Dragon #340), Dex 25
Benefit: Whenever you have an attack of opportunity, you may take a full-attack instead of a standard attack.
Power Strike
Requirements: BaB 20+ with 4 attacks. Strength 25. Power Attack,
Benefit: Light and One-Handed Weapons are treated as two-handed weapons when wielded in one hand. One-handed weapons wielding in two hands and two-handed weapons are treated as being wielded by four-arms and damage from the power-attack feat is increase by 100%
I don't mind optimization, but optimizing, right of the bat, for homebrrw which is DESIGNED mainly to help less OP builds & strategies is taking it to far.
http://www.the-best-golf-tips.com/Golf-Slang.html is golf slang appropriate? That would help.
I missed that... but in that case, Precocious Apprentice should be able to qualify you for "must be able to cast 2nd level spells", because you do explicitly get a 2nd level spell slot and a 2nd level spell known...Which excludes low(ish) Int wizards who only have one spell slot for that level due to a lack of bonus slots.
I did say "one or more" didn't I? I definitely meant to.
So again... the only reason PA doesn't meet that qualification is basically because the Sage/FAQ said "Because I said so". Any so-called "RAW" arguments against it either fail, or exclude things that are obviously not meant to be excluded from meeting that prereq (3rd level wizards, 4th level sorcerers, etc).
As an avid supporter of Incarnum I can say that the Incarnate and Totemist are rough around the edges, but very capable. Playing a Totemist was one of the most entertaining things I've done as a player, and my Incarnate character was highly reliable in a previous DM's campaign.Out of curiosity, what was your Totemist? I've had a few lying around that I've considered trotting out, but the options always end up seeming kind of limited compared to ToB or casting of some flavor. Meaning, I felt like I'd probably get bored after a while.
Custom Legacy Items are actually good for what they do, but like 90% of this system those rules favor spellcasters more than noncasters. Reducing the penalties or allowing additional options for the special abilities (or both) is really helpful.

Yeah, it looks at first glance like it would be easy to houserule in some more abilities that favored non-casters by giving them things that casters can't get any use out of or already have access to via something that is easier for a caster to get than a Legacy item. Plus, in Eberron, the first thought that came to my mind is that Legacy items might be a special thing that is only well-developed in warrior cultures with a sense of vast history - Valenar and Darguun come to mind right away. So the availability of Legacy items and the training to become a Legacy champion might favor abilities and items that boost martials and don't boost casters as much. Spellcasting of the Wizard/Cleric/etc variety could be colored as the development of the younger races like humans and gnomes, but most of the good Legacy items that exist in the setting were made during the old days of the hobgoblin empire or the elven rebellions, when magic wasn't really understood as well as modern Wizards of the Twelve or Arcanix understand it, so Legacy items were all made by warriors, for warriors.

You need some help/suggestions for stuff?
What scanner did you use?
Just saw that movie.
From the Dungeon crasher archetype in dungeonscape:
At 6th level, the bonuses from dealing with traps increases to +4, and the bonus to strength checks to break objects increases to +10. The damage you deal when bull-rushing an opponent into a wall increases to 8d6 points + three times your strength bonus.
So the extra damage from the 6th level of dungeoncrasher only work when bull-rushing into walls specifically, so no to getting creative with what to bull-rush someone into.
The 2nd level bonus would still work though..

Crabs have been removed from the game... because if I see another one I’m just going to totally lose it. *sobbing* I’m sorry, I just can’t right now... I just... OK just give me a minute, I’ll be OK.
