Questions. You may have already answered some of them.
1) can I use a Hat of Disguise to emulate camo netting as a ghillie suit? (HoB pg 95, can Hide, but cannot move. Basically, using the Hat as a Metal Gear-esk Camo Suit.)

2) Skill tricks?

3) WBL for 27,000gp?

4) limits on spending $ on any one item, i.e. 1/2 or 1/4 WBL on any one item?

I don't think the Hat of Disguise can duplicate things with special effects.

What about them? If it's to ask if they're in, they are.

Yes.

I'm not going to impose a strict limit. Putting everything into one big item tends to have lesser results than getting a number of less expensive items.

It's been a while and one person hasn't even started their character and another has barely written anything. That isn't fair to the other four people who had their characters ready quickly and assuming they haven't given up yet still want to play. Does anyone here know other players that would be interested?

I took a look over everyone's sheet and noticed a few problems:

There's a handful of pricing errors on various items. A Healing Amulet is listed as 1,025 when 750 * 1.5 is 1,125, a haversack is listed as 1,000 when as far as I can tell it can't be crafted by them so it should be 2,000, things like that.
Crystals of arrow deflection only work in shields if I recall correctly but are being used in armor.
Not an error, but there's some alchemical items and I'm not sure what they do. Aboleth Mucus, Torch Bug Paste, etc. What are these and where are they from?

Yes, right.  I didn't notice that.  :facepalm

And I hadn't checked the sources on these items until now... I assume Aboleth Mucus (SS pg 46), Eggshell Grenade and Liquid Smoke (OA pg 78), and Insectbane Candle (A&EG 21) are out, and Torch Bug Paste (CS pg 120) is in?
