Alright - First installment of XP/Gear here.
The way we are doing things, since my games have a tendency to split partys. We will be adding all the gained XP and splitting it evenly between all the players. Even if they weren't present at that particular fight. I don't want gaps in player power.. This way no one misses out. Everyone gets all the of XP listed here. I will also be giving out RP experience with monster XP.
For Items, I will go ahead and post what they are. It's up to you as players to get them I.D'd and split loot and what not.
