Dungeonology
« on: November 19, 2016, 10:12:07 AM »
I just got a copy of the 5e Dungeonology book. Warning to other D&Ders this is not a "game" book but a collectors/promotional/coffee table/newb book. I'm a D&D collector so I'm not upset but if I was interested in only buying "game" books I would not want this title. No offense intended to anyone just thought I'd give a heads up.

ETA: Apparently the "Ologies" series is an ongoing thing that is primarily marketed to young children that I'm supposed to already know about. But I haven't even seen a kid in the wild in decades and I failed my investigation roll before I ordered ...  :surrender  :cool

So you bought a children's picture book because it had the D&D label on it, so what?

Is the artwork nice, then? :p

I missed that first time around.
Are you sure? They're all on leashes now and are easily overlooked as it just looks like adults walking their dogs :p

Ahh but aren't those leashes, actually going the other way ?

The kids let their parents off of them at some point in time.
It is magic ... so we don't hafta know how.
