I remember seeing a picture of Yggdrasil in some 3.x book, dungeon, or dragon magazine. Can someone point me to any they know of?

I found the one in Deities and Demigods 3.0.

Expedition to the Demonweb Pits, p39.  In fact there's a whole chapter devoted to Yggdrasil in there.

It's also mentioned, with no picture, in Dragon Compendium and Fiendish Codex I.

Also mentioned (no picture) in Planescape, though that's 3rd party.

thx, yeah for some reason the picture in my head is different than that one. but maybe it was just browsing the web

If you open up Adobe Reader, you can go to Edit -> Advanced Search and have it search thru all your pdfs for "ygg".  That's how I found it.  You probably have more 3.x pdf books than I do.
