Quickstart Cleric Archer not proficient with Longbow?

Go check Stormwrack's version of the Aquatic Elf.  Go on, check it... they aren't proficient with longbows!

So the Quickstart Cleric Archer isn't proficient with bows at all...

Now, the Monster Manual version (with gills) has Longbow Proficiency.
The Unearthed Arcana/SRD version (with no gills) has Longbow Proficiency.
The Stormwrack version (gills) has no longbow proficiency!

Normal Elf Proficiency (includes monster manual and unearthed arcana aquatic elf): longsword, rapier, longbow, composite longbow, shortbow, and composite shortbow
Stormwrack Aquatic Elf Proficiency:  net, spear, trident, and aquatic crossbow

...so...

Possibly homebrew Hybrid Proficiency (with a focus on piercing weapons)?
Spear, Rapier, Longbow, Composite Longbow, Aquatic Crossbow

Also, the handbook should clarify that there ARE three versions of this race, and that the handbook is using the Unearthed Arcana (ie, rarest!) version... which is kinda a big deal!
