Sanity Check -- The Craziest Handbook Ever

The Sanity Handbook

What is Sanity?
It's a variant that adds an extra value similar HP that helps you stave off madness.
If you have ever wanted characters to struggle with horror themes, this variant is for you.

Why hasn't this been done before?
It's an adaptation from Call of Cthulhu, so the variant is both meaty and not fully thought out with respect to 3.5.
This means it is not run as often as it should be and makes it the perfect target for a handbook explaining how to use it.
