Oh...I thought there would be enough time for buffs at the start well that considerably lowers everything and makes my True Mage track useless in this encounter xD

I imagine that being attacked like this doesn't leave much time for buffing, unless you're perpetually paranoid.

Edit: It seems Kingship doesn't require an action and starts at the beggining of the scene, I was not aware of that. For future rounds Haku gets Shield, Strell gets Sword and Mayne gets Sceptre.

My inclination if I have Shield is just to blow it right now and get another 8 damage to all the enemies because screw them.
