Oh...I thought there would be enough time for buffs at the start well that considerably lowers everything and makes my True Mage track useless in this encounter xD

I imagine that being attacked like this doesn't leave much time for buffing, unless you're perpetually paranoid. :p

I imagine all mages are perpetually paranoid  xD

Guaring a box, which I'm pretty sure is well protected by magical rituals and whatnots.

Edit: :huh It seems Kingship doesn't require an action and starts at the beggining of the scene, I was not aware of that. For future rounds Haku gets Shield, Strell gets Sword and Mayne gets Sceptre.

My inclination if I have Shield is just to blow it right now and get another 8 damage to all the enemies because screw them. :lmao

It's on my character sheet, but since you asked:

»» Sceptre:
The ally who possesses this ability
has the power to speak words which hold
greater weight to other creatures. That ally
receives a +2 bonus to a social skill of their
choice, or to Awareness. When attempting
to reason with a hostile creature, the ally
may discharge this ability as a free action
to gain a token for the social encounter.

I'll go edit that into my post then.

Okay I hope I haven't messed anything up this time around. The three onis should only be visible to Aine and the ones having kingships blessings. :p

You can see the oni beating the enemies to a pulp with his three fingered hands, like this ->  :chairhit

Anyone have either skydragonknight or sirpercival as close contacts? If so, please nudge them. If not, feel free to join me in a bombardment of PMs.  :smirk

Expect an update either late this evening or tomorrow morning.

EDIT: Last night was busier than anticipated. I'll try to update before work, but if not, it will go up tonight.

PS. Work is kind of crazy right now, which is why my updates aren't as quick as I'd like them to be.

Heh I might have found what Aine more or less looks like:

to be perfect, she'd just need a dash of this:

Don't you get an AoO from the cops firing ranged weapons next to you?
