Hexblade bonus feat and spell list mini-handbook

Hexblade bonus feats:
Combat Casting, Greater Spell Focus (enchantment, necromancy, or transmutation only), Greater Spell Penetration, Spell Focus (enchantment, necromancy, or transmutation only), Spell Penetration.

This mini-handbook was created to put together a complete Hexblade spell list as well as let people see which spells belong to which schools so they can decide what bonus feats to choose.  If you notice a spell missing that is in another handbook that means I've taken it out because it's not actually on the Hexblade's list.  Let me know if you do have a new spell and where to find it if I don't have it here.  I'll put in formatting as I go since getting the information up in any form is more valuable than it being pretty.

Edit: Complete Adventurer added several spells to the Hexblade list, but didn't do it in the normal way, hence why they might not be mentioned in some places.  The links I've given do have them though.  The details can be found on the sidebar on page 139.  These spells are: Distract Assailant (HB 1), Critical Strike and Invisibility, Swift (HB 2), Spectral Weapon (HB 3), and Shadow Form (HB 4).  I've added them to the lists in their respective places.
