How "balanced" would it be to mix and match the abilities of the dragonblooded races from Dragon Magic?
That is, take the benefits from one and match it with the losses from another.
Example:
Fireblood Human
Dragonblood subtype, and;
Gain: Dragondodge, Resistance to Fire (as per Fireblood Dwarf)
Lose: Skill Points (as per Silverbrow Human)
