RKV Mistake?
« on: September 16, 2013, 02:06:57 PM »
Hey, I was building a level 6 RKV, using crusader and cleric for entry. I liked the idea of getting thicket blade early.
There's a lot of guides, and I was using http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181655
Private-Prinny was suggesting that with Cleric 2/Crusader 3/RKV 1, I should be able to get Thicket of Blades.

As a crusader, I would need to be level 5 to meet the level requirement, for it, and I don't see the advantage of 2nd level cleric dip. Am I missing something, or should it be Crusader 4/Cleric 1/RKV 1?

Are you aware that other classes add 1/2 their levels to your initiator level for ToB martial adepts? So cleric 2 increases your IL by +1 in this case.
