Working link to psly4mne's (2.5*10^36530)^^73600 damage thread.

Also, massively disappointed in it. It's basically what happens if we pretend to have 166,384 Body outside a Body Spells cast and everyone nukes at once. *sigh* Anyone can take a near-infinite loop (ice assassin!) and draw a line in the hundreds of thousands to produce a finite number. And you cannot apply Metamagic Item multiple times (see stacking effects).

75,638,312,530,000,000 average melee damage by Incubus
2,135,735,742 damage in a single attack by Skydragonknight
A challenger appears!

I submit Rokujuichibi, the sixty-one tailed beast.
You can check the main build post here!
But it's notation for me and nothing is explained so...
(click to show/hide)
It deals 274,877,906,944d8 damage per hit and 1.306219813797888e+16d8 damage per Full-Round Action spent Running.

Previous Holders
75,638,312,530,000,000 average melee damage by Incubus
58,779,891,620,904,960 average melee damage without Str/etc added. I'm close enough I think I can beat it soon.

2,135,735,742 damage in a single attack by Skydragonknight
274,877,906,944d8 = 1,236,950,581,248 average. 2 billion loses to 1 trillion.

Wu Jen 5/Incantatrix 10/Archmage 5 with Body Outside Body, Wish x2 and Miracle x2 as the SLA's gets  that better by recreating a few searing spell'd orbs.

Big bubba can be beaten by repeatedly Incarnate Template and Dustforming.

Other infinite charisma;
- change shape into visilight and use its charisma drain ad-infinitum.
- evolved template undead on fast time plane.

Again in the territory of infinite loops, damage can be beaten by an arcane caster with bonus spells via charisma using the above trick and polymorphing into a dusk giant or other form with HD gaining abilities and doing it until BAB = sum of all spells per day multiplied by their spell level and burning them all.

Hmm. Is there an existing world record for getting infinite PCs, infinite gold, or infinite items? Technically, this can even replicate items that cannot even be created.
I'm certain I'm not the first to figure it out, but I made a thread over on MinMax about my Druid with split personalities.

There's lots of ways to gain infinite items, gold, and buddies. None of which are complicated at all.

Cow + Flesh to Salt = infinite gold = infinite items (including salty jerky)

there's ways to chain leadership and other abilities into infinite buddies, even quite a few monsters are equipped with infinite chains, just change into that.

Status update on the CL monster: pre-Node Spellcasting I'm at CL 202.  That's without Dragon, without psionics, and without Master Spellthief.  And ironically, devoted to WEE JAS and not Mystra (as the CL boost is greater).

Also note that my rambling, awful maths thread on MST shows in excruciating detail how Master Spellthief is not the One True Path to Ultimate Caster Level PowerTM. Even if a player is trying for MST abuse, a DM should allow it. The whole thing is waaaay more effort than, say, circle magic.

The biggest force multiplier RAW is Incantatrix.  Metamagic Effect, especially when paired with Node Genesis and a means to live long enough to see it finish spawning, is truly and utterly horrid.  And that's not even going down the "I'm a Cheater of Mystra too!" path with 3 levels of Contemplative, and trying to make up the caster stat to CL boost from 1 level of Sanctified One (though if I wanted to remove the assumption an archmage can plane hop to cross-world PrC, it's certainly doable, and an arguable power boost).  Incidentally, most of the "X Stat Challenge" or "Gish Challenge" events that were all the rage on 339 would be absolutely trivial with a 200+ CL, let alone around 350+ with 30+ free levels of metamagic on every single spell, which are all Shadow Miracles.

Oh, while I'm at it, should I go after the Spells/Round record?  I'm pretty well positive if I finagle War Weaver into this beast in lieu of the above, I can likely do it with Ocular Spell shenanigans and the tapestry >.>

Huh, I can't find anyone who plays anything other than 3.x in my local neck of the woods.

Maybe an occasional pathfinder person.

pathfinder just isn't worth it.

it's just as borked and broken in it's own ways as 3.x ever was. part of that is simply inertia on my part, too. no motivation to switch.

*shrugs*

i've been picking up more GURPS books lately. simple easy mechanics, lots of options IF one wants to have them.

very well researched and well written books, which is more than can be said for any d20/3.x based system. They are worth picking up for just the informational ideas, even if you don't play GURPS ever.
