One more question: are we expected to level up during this? Will any XP be granted during this campaign? Also, please see my Chameleon question above.

I'm not sure about granting experience, as this is basically a glorified arena. Chameleon should be fine, so long as the base class was tier three-four-ish.

Ooh! I loved the Hunger Games! I'm leaning towards playing ... well, that would be telling. Are anti-feats from the Kingdoms of Kalamar Villain Design Handbook allowed?

Wrex, I would suggest staying away from antifeats -- they're near TO.  But anyway you as DM roll d1000 20 times to assign "antifeats" (which are literally what they sound like, for example the Improved Initiative antifeat gives -4 init) at random to a PC.  Then for every 2 antifeats they have they gain a bonus feat.

The antifeats a PC gets could be completely irrelevant to them.

This.  They were an alternate Flaws concept that was not well thought-out or executed, and probably deserves to be executed.

What about PF classes (both upgraded and original)?

If you send me an example of what you want via PM, I'll take a look at it. I have no issues with the majority of pathfinder's classes, so it will probably go through.

What about my Warmaster (in my signature)? It's hardly above T3, but I can understand if you won't like how frontloaded it possibly is. It's still leagues below casters, so in my games it's alright (and in my games players are supposed to be truly special). Don't know about yours.

Frontloaded? Yes. Probably neccesary? Yes. Although you get a ton of Cool StuffTM, that dosen't change the fact that you have to compete with martial adepts. Go ahead and use him if you want.

You just made my day.

EDIT: Warmaster contains Barbarian. Do I use your houserule on Barbarians in this case?

I would rather not. It's for the typical barbarian to give him some extra kick, and you have enough Cool StuffTM without it.

These skill feats?

Hrm. Tough call. Unfamilar with them, and a number of players already have their chars up.

This sounds cool as hell, and I'm interested, if I can muster the time. Not sure what I'll play yet, though.

You allowed the Warmaster. Will you allow a Martial Artist (PF Monk//PF Ninja//Battle Dancer)? I'm thinking on taking one level of Battle Dancer, but it's a T5 class, so...

But do you allow the PF Monk//PF Ninja//Battle Dancer gestalt, which I call Martial Artist in my games?

I have no idea what a Battle Dancer is, but other than that it would work fine. Also, you might want to keep this to PM's. Other players knowing what you are going to run could be bad news.

It's a class from Dragon Compendium. Something like a Monk/Bard, but without spells and with shitty class features (save for one at 1st level).

Any other questions I'm gonna send to PM from now on.
