What's the point of Always at Hand? Can't you get the same benefit from just using Aid Another?

If you have someone else around. And they make the check to Aid Another.

What does Orchestral Performance actually do? It looks like it just removes the need for the DC 10 check for aid another from up to Cha mod assistants, in exchange for a feat and the inability to get higher bonuses from more skilled assistants (see Complete Adventurer).

Deceptive Art does the same thing as Heighten, but just plain better if you have a Charisma of 20+.

Added in two new feats that came to mind while building the class features.

Made some changes:
Added Moral Support (was originally going to replace Orchestral Performance, but kept that one)
Nerfed Editorial Performance, so it couldn't scale to "I destroy the world from my underground lair".
Boosted Final Performance a little, since it's very situational.

Cleaned up the general feats to make sure that they all refer to crafting an item. This means that it's possible to use Handwright and Artisanal Creation on Always at Hand.
