Johnathan mustered up all his courage. The back, they wouldn't expect an attack from the back, and he had to see the source of the flow of corpses of the damned that seemed to spill forth from the house like a festering wound bubbling with fetid pus. He will spend as many move actions as required to make his way back there, get a review of the area, and either report on his findings or bravely try to enter from the rear to get the sneak on things.

A Move Action gets you to the pile, well ahead of everyone else, leaving you a bit nervous. Doing anything with the actions you have left?

He could try setting the corpses on fire. Sure, corpses aren't very flammable unless dry, but if he could get it alight, instant bonfire and instant problem for the clearly evil occupants.

He is going to hate himself for doing this, but...

It seems like piling all these bodies here is irrational, there must be something behind them. Let's try and open a door or break a window to let the corpses fall out, see if he can't get a back way entrance going on.

The pile is massive, and moving it would be impossible for one man. A double move will get you to a window, but you have your choice of being out of sight in the back, or in the firing line up front.

John is a coward, but having his allies die on him is a worse fate. As much promise as it looks like getting in via the rear, he'll have to help out in front of he plans to stand a chance.

That not-a-zombie is still up and at it, isn't it? Gun, don't fail me now... he takes aim and discharges his weapon. Sadly, the range of a blunderbuss is terrible. He's probably going to eat a lot of penalties (not included) depending on how far away the thing is.

Robert's fingers tingle oddly as he raises the rifle to his cheek and pulls the trigger. Something about the chaos feels oddly unreal, as though some part of him were watching the thing shamble forward.

He can't believe it! He took that horrible shambling thing down! Well, helped take it down. Point is, it's down, it's dead!

And there were probably more inside.

"I changed my mind, burning down the entire house and forgetting about the whole thing is completely ethical." John stammered, fumbling with trying to reload his gun. He's too nervous, it wasn't happening. He took in a sharp breath and second guessed himself. "But if not that we need to go in and clear it out. I've already fired my gun, I need to reload or fight melee. I'll... I'll support, someone else go first."
