Min/Max Boards

For about four hours now I've had water coming from the apartment above me.  They know there's water, they can't do anything about it.  The only person, and I mean ONLY, who can do anything about it is the complex's emergency maintenance man who I can't get a hold of.  I've called the police, the water department, the home office of the company that runs the complex.  The only person who can actually turn off the water to my upstairs neighbors apartment is the goddamned emergency maintenance man. 

I bought a couple of mops and a wet/dry vac to do damage control. There's still a lot of damage. My biggest concern now is that the apartment complex will say "Oh well, there's so much damage we'll have to renovate the apartment. We're cancelling your lease, go be homeless."

I've seen this over at GiTP.  Glad to see it has made it's way over here.   

Slipped in the bathroom today.  Messed up both knees and carved out a piece of my arm the size of a quarter.  Ruined a bath towel from the blood. 

Also mom has locked herslef in the bathroom chatting on the phone in hushed tones for hte last 2 hours.

I don't understand the meaning of the phrase....
Seriously while it is supposed to be illegal for an under 18 year old to consume alchohol without permission from his guardian, it is very,very .very rarely enforced....
It is as simple here to buy a beer as it is to buy a Coke,I remember drinking alchohol at 15 and I didn't even like alchohol then......

That 100% depends on where you live.  Some places enforce it more than others.
