I would recommend Whisper gnome with dark template and then suggest Ranger 2/ Fighter 2 / Bloodstorm Blade 4/ Warblade 1/ Master Thrower 5 and whatever you want after that.
Instead of Sneak dice that you can't volley, I would focus on Dex to damage x times for each hits: Get the dragon magazine 310 variant for fighter: targeteer, get Deadeye feat, Shadow Blade from ToB, Sword of Graceful strike from Arms and Equipment and why not Drow of the underdark fighter variant also. With your high Dex you will make much more damage than with sneak and on a lot more of situations.
Bloodstorm blade allows you a lot of crazy things to combine with master thrower and makes your build very, very deadly. Not to mention all the nice maneuvers from ToB like Iron Heart Surge
