You could go Human Divine Minion Druid 1/Master of Many Forms 6-10 and skip the feat and be able to turn into a gargantuan dragon at level 12. \
starting feats of alertness and endurance. Unfortunately it wouldnt get you a dragon companion.
You could also go dragonwraught kobold to get the dragon subtype and polymorph into a dragon. Share that with a familiar to get 2 dragons.

Mostly been lurking on the minmaxboards. I do post time to time on giantitp. Avid 3.5 player and absolutely love to make characters and builds.
