Cool - and even the filters work.
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.

Well, in the meanwhile I found a mirror that has working search filters!: https://tools.rem.uz/
this,Aw hell, I worked on dndtools.pw. I swear I look away for a week and it dies while I'm not working. I hope someone managed to get a siterip of it that's recent. I put in several hours of work since it became dndtools.pw and I don't want to see it go to waste. So in other news.
Thanks!
I loved the project and frequently made use of it.
Where is this held ?When D&D Tools first announced they were going down someone sent a crawler on it to save the site. It's a 149mb file, I should be able to dropbox it for you if you like.

Just unrar into a new folder and open the the index file (bookmark it for easy of access), basic functionality works just fine through it's unsearchable. Note: You don't have to have a dropbox account to download, if the login pops up just hit the X on it.
Is there any program that could be used in conjunction with this to make it searchable?

OKhttp://alcyius.com/dndtools/ is once such site mirror. The actual pages are simply posted online making it limited in function since it's impossible to host every search variation out there. As a result it only has 37,228 different pages (I have the same copy locally).
How do I fix the search function ?
Also the items per page and pagination buttons don't work — so this is almost useless.
I wish I did, most sites are site mirrors hosted the pages rather than running the SQL queries through the database.

OK, but wizard/beholder mage isn't optimal at all. It's almost as bad as cleric/ur-priest.Ok, my bad on that one.
I'd like to know about some stuff. It's got a lot less in terms of Optimization (due to heavier reliance on DM Fiat, random rolling over point buy, etc), but I bet there's superior and inferior options like the other editions.Once had a 1st level MU roll up Friends as their offensive spell, which he gets 1 of per day. Friends is like a mediocre diplomacy roll. I forget the other spells his mentor taught him, but they were quite poor.
Effective spells, ineffective spells. Certain options/equipment/etc. that's incredibly under-powered and over-powered, power loops and combos to be on the look out for.
Basically, if you had to make an ideal class (Cleric/Wizard/Thief/etc), what would you do?Low level wizards were very weak, but high level ones were very OP
