Elves can become Ruathars if that is what your post was about

You just have to help elves that aren't from your homeland

2
Your best option is Ruathar from Races of the Wild if that is a allowed source

To enter Seeker of the Misty Isle at level 7 using the Ruathar you will either need to do one of the following:

A.) Level drain exchange at least 1 Cleric level at level 6 for a 2nd Ruathar level
B.) Gain cross-class ranks in Survival using your Cleric levels
C.) Start with 18 Intelligence

The Saint template is only allowed by DM fiat even when applied to player characters

So if said player says "can my Fleshraker have the Saint Template and remain my animal companion" and the DM says "yes your Celestial Fleshraker animal companion  has been granted Sainthood by the Goddess Mielikki (or whoever her Druid worships) and remains your loyal animal companion" then for that campaign that specific Fleshraker animal companion is allowed to have the Saint template

Soft Insanity should be trying to convince the DM that a animal companion being canonized as a saint is ridiculous or inappropriate rather than trying to argue that a template that is only granted by DM fiat can't be granted if the DM rules it can

BOED p.29
"sainthood is a gift bestowed by the
deities of good and the mightiest celestials to those exalted
heroes who deserve it"

Is the player's character a deity of good or a celestial? No?

Then she has no way of applying the template to said dinosaur

Unless some third party published a way of getting outsider animal companions, there is no way of getting a outsider as a animal companion without house rules

The DM of course could apply the template to the dinosaur and allow her to keep the outsider as a animal companion even though there are no rules that say it can be done

Going for the animal companions can't have templates is probably not the way to go considering there are explicit examples of animal companions being allowed to have templates. Celestial and Magebred for example

I'm pretty much going to continue lurking here most of the time

I'll probably try to occasionally contribute

If Heliomance decides to take a extended break on Heroforge Anew I'll start implementing some of the bug fixing on the most recent version

I'll probably write a better Anima Mage handbook at some point (although it will probably be a while)

There are a few errors in The Spell Book that probably should be mentioned to CapnQ

That's all i can think of off the top of my head.
