I'm thinking extend it to a four level class, split what I have in the first level between the first two, add a capstone at the fourth level of a dragon form scaling with HD, maybe another feature or two. I'll have it written up in a day or two.

I suppose I'll think over what I can do to spice it up.

I took a legitimate long-ass IQ test(like 6 hours) 2 or 3 years back and got something like 134 or so.

Hmm, maybe I've always had the wrong idea as to what stat increasing times did and did not effect with their boost, I figured something like that would be beyond their realm.

I see dark magic being more or less prohibitively expensive for higher levels.

Quote
Blood Drain (Ex): A vampire can suck blood from a living victim with its fangs by making a successful grapple check. If it pins the foe, it drains blood, dealing 1d4 points of Constitution drain each round the pin is maintained. On each such successful attack, the vampire gains a blood charge that is saved for later use. A vampire can save a number of Blood Charges equal to his HD multiplied by his Strength bonus or Charisma bonus (whichever one is higher).

Lets assume~ 24 Chrisma for a +7 bonus at Sorcerer 18/vamp2
He can max out at 140 blood charges, but after resting for the night(when he regains his spells, therefore when he must use dark magic), he loses 10. So you have 130 to use (if you even manage to accumulate all of that, but lets just assume)

Quote
Dark magic: If a Vampire has caster or manifester levels, it may spend Blood Charges when regaining spell slots or power slots. He may expend Blood Charges equal to his HD multiplied by the highest spell level he can cast normally. If he does, his Vampire levels stack with caster levels and or manifester levels for determining spells known, spells per day, powers known, powers per day, power points per day and the caster or manifester levels for such spells or powers.
and dark magic costs 180 blood charges to use at that level.

The problem is that your caster level will raise faster than your main casting stat, so this blood power is on a sharper quradic curve than the blood charges can keep up with, I can understand not wanting it to be something a sorcerer can just routinely do as part of his morning routine, but its literally beyond what many sorcerers can even achieve.

I'd suggest making it work at 1/2 HD, at level 20 it would cost 90. a large portion of your blood charges(which I assume is what you were going for) but not unreachable.

Unrelated to the first issue:

Is this class available for suggestions for further blood powers, or do you feels its pretty well set?

a lycanthrope’s physical ability scores improve according to its kind, as set out in the table below. These adjustments are equal to the animal’s normal ability scores -10. A lycanthrope in hybrid form modifies its physical ability scores by the same amount.

Shouldn't the specifics be added to each specific lycanthrope page?

A Monitor Werelizard while transformed, hybrid or lizard, is medium and may not choose to be smaller.
Does this imply a croc or a horned lizard may choose to be small since they don't have this little clause? it made sense to me when it said large instead, but now I don't quite get it.
EDIT:
Actually, all of monitor lizard's growth stuff still seems to assume starting at large. I'd take a peak at all of it.

Lizard empathy: a werelizard can communicate with wolves and dire wolves regardless of form and gains a +4 bonus on charisma based checks to influence them.
Little copy/paste error there.

This one's table formatting seems off too.

The formatting is a bit off in the table under the image, the columns fall further out of line as you go right.

The black scale gets powerful build at level 3 and then grows at level four. I presume it loses its powerful build, no? That should be clarified.

Requesting the Githyanki and Githzerai. Pretty please =)

Is giving the Zenythri Anarchic Body(just under features, not to the right of level one where it says axiomatic) a typo? I'm guessing so.
