Maximum leadership score at lv 30

Hi everyone!

Last night I had a discussion with some friends, and their conclusion was that it is impossible to get a leadership score above a hundred without infinite loops or clearly going against RAW at level 30 gestalt. I thought that this might be possible and now I've been challenged to proof this, but alas, my optimization-fu is weak and I haven't been able to think of something that gets me above that score. Of course, I don't just want to beat a hundred, I want to go as high as possible to proof that it can be done. I hope that your expertise and knowledge might help me outof this challenge.

Shouldn't be to hard to get your Cha high enough with Extract Gift shenanigans.

A good start is boosting your charisma.

As I recall, Artificers can change the bonus type of an item.
Get items of:
+6 enhancement to charisma
+6 competence to charisma
+6 profane to charisma
+6 sacred to charisma
+6 luck to charisma
+6 dodge to charisma
+6 morale to charisma
+6 insight to charisma

Should be pretty cheap and gets you +48 to charisma.

Start with a Magic-blooded Fire-souled Pixie, 18 Cha base, +7 level bumps = 39 Cha. SorO and ariasderros have looked at maxing Cha and Extract Gift, respectively.

There is a single feat that gives you infinite followers; in other words, you have pretty much one of everyone, ever.

I just can't remember what it is called, for the life of me...

There is the might makes right feat, which adds your strength score to your leadership score in addition to your charisma score.  Strength and charisma are two of the easier stats to optimize, too.  Also, an admiral's bicorne from stormwrack grants +5 to your leadership score.  All told you could probably crack a score of 100.

Might Makes Right + Cancer Mage + Festering Anger = Leadership (nigh-)infinity.

I mean, it takes a while (get yourself the fastest time trait demiplane you can), but there you go.

+ Martial Monk 1 (cheesier)
+ Epic Leadership feat, to uncap Leadership
+ Might Makes Right feat
+ Festering Anger with fluff circumvention (cheesierER)
+ handwaving on the Cause Disease (cheesiest)
+ Paladin of X makes a 1/day Lesser Restoration item 1*1*400gp what a guy
+ Mercantile feat to afford it
+ 2 flaws
= slow linear infinite followers, more likely A.H. from a Cure Disease

... probably the weakest DvR 19 deity.

I got ~30 at 6th level, but that was using Metafeats

if Epic Leadership worked, I had ~1300 followers, even a couple followers that were higher level than the PC

Hey, I was building an orc horde

yeah 30 at lvl 6, and ~88 at lvl 20.
(That's as far as my future advancements normally go)

rounded leadership up by 2, my lvl 20 warlord would have 33,617 buddies

with a rough build, that same lvl 30 orc super warlord could get a just under 460,000 minions, and each 6th level or higher could get more under them, say average of 15 +cohort each, which is about an extra 15000, bringing the total horde up to 475,000!

this is w/o any infinite combos, just classes with lots of feats for those metafeats

Level 30 dude
Level 29 cohort
Level 20 follower max "You can’t have a follower of higher than 20th level."
And an Army.

Make the cohort a Thrallherd, with the basic officially
suggested psi-X re-crunch on the epic leadership feat.

Thrallherd chains get thralls of each level down to 20.
Then it's just a co-mingling of separately defined armies.

I got just under 1,000,000 at 30, not including secondary leadership from buddies.

plus has full rebuking power for additional buddies

Level 30 is kinda incompatible with a
reasonable game.  So it shouldn't be
a surprise that:  bad, average, good,
really good, ridiculously good, and
"B"eyond that,  are mentioned.

Perhaps a better set of responses could
be had by asking the OP, what he thinks
he wants to do with said Max level 30
Leadership score.  And then we'll chime
in with what (kinda) works.

So OP ... what do you think you want to do with it all
