Book of Vile Darkness

Hi everyone,
the Book of Vile Darkness is part of D&D 3.0 edition, and contains many Sor/Wiz spells. Dislike other 3.0 books who have been re-edited, this one has not. Should we then consider all spells in this book as illegal in a 3.5 game?

thats basically the rule as i know it : material that is not reprinted/updated is legal.

Yeah, they're 100% legal.
but remember, there are some spells that use outdated mechanics (old DR, old concealment, etc). There's also a couple spells that have mistakes, such as Apocalypse from the Sky.

Is there a list of those spells ? I've never played at D&D but 3.5, so I may not recognize them
