Does the Detached Sleeves' enhancement/special ability transfer to thrown weapons stack with the special abilities of the thrown weapons?

As long as they don't overlap. If you have +2 sleeves and throw a +1 weapon, it ends up being just +2.

What I meant was, is it a very cost efficient way to stack up weapon abilities.
Say you throw a +1 Frost dagger with +1 Holy Flaming sleeves, do you throw a +1 Frost Holy Flaming dagger or either your choice between a +1 Frost dagger and a +1 Holy Flaming dagger?

It turns into a +1 Holy Frost dagger. Just because Reimu is half red doesn't mean she makes things spontaneously combust. :p

I do not understand how the way it was written would indicate that it partially combines special abilities, and which order they combine them.

Revelatory Dream: At 11th level the Shrine Maiden can use any one maneuver up to the level of maneuvers she could usually initiate from the schools gained at her first Shrine Maiden level. If she does so, all of her remaining readied maneuvers become expended without benefit, and she cannot iniate any single specific maneuver more than once per day with Revelatory Dream.

Overly Optimistic: The table states available at 1st, 7th, 10th and 14th level, the text states 1st, 7th and 14th. Only three skill choices are provided by the text, so four entries wouldn't work anyway.

Correct, added a 4th option fo Overly Optimistic to allow to use Wis instead of Cha in direct opposed Cha checks such as when charmed.

Replacing a 1d20+x with IL+Wis makes this pretty much useless until at least 10th level and even then isn't all that good as that would just be like taking a 10 on a d20. Is this suppose to be this bad?
