Need help getting a hold of/playing a game.

Namely, I'd like to get a hold of Shūjin e no Pert-em-Hru (The Book of the Dead for Prisoners).

It's an indie game from 1998 about a bunch of people exploring a pharaoh's tomb and getting punished for their sins. I've had a few issues, namely that the download link of the game's page is non-existent, and that I'd have to figure out how to run the executable for RPG Maker Dante 98 II, which seems to have only run on Japanese home computers.

Anyone able to help? Please?

Sounds like it's supposed to run on the PC-98 series. There's emulators for that - here's the one I have. It accepts .fdi and .hdi files in the FDD and HDD slots respectively. If your RPG Maker isn't either of those file types, I recommend searching for emulators for those types specifically.

As the game itself goes, where have you looked so far, and do you have its full title in the original writing (kanji and kana, presumably)?

Other than that, I do have the game's title in the original kanji/hiragana/katakana (yes, all three).

I just kinda need help from someone whose Japanese is better than mine...

Having tried my hand at reading the site you linked with some success, it looks like the download link presented is a link that no longer works (it says something like "Previous download"). Those two sites look like a dead end, but I haven't been able to find anything on my usual suspects for downloads, either.
Search terms I tried on Piratebay: "囚人へのペル・エム・フル", "囚人", "ペル・エム・フル", "Pert-em-Hru", "Book of the Dead for Prisoners", "Book of the Dead", "Shujin", "Shuujin", "Syujin", "Syuujin", "PC-98". No luck.

Thanks a bunch; if only I knew someone who had copies of obscure foreign games that I could bum a copy off of.

EDIT: I could also track down the contact information for the creator, and get one of my friends to help me write a request for a copy...

If you have a  SomethingAwful account, or a friend with one, you could try asking there - it's a huge community with an absurd collective reference pool, so the chances of finding someone with any idea go up just statistically speaking.
