Catfolk Pounce: RotW 148; Can make a full attack on a charge against a flat-footed opponent.

Centaur

Centaur Trample: RotW 148-149; When overrunning an opponent, opponent can't choose to avoid, and you get a hoof attack against any target you knock down.

Changeling

Note: Races of Destiny’s Chameleon class has an Adaptation section with these rules: “If you’re using the EBERRON Campaign Setting, the chameleon prestige class should be available to changeling player characters as well as humans and doppelgangers. In this case, the Able Learner feat extends to changelings as well.”

Able Learner: RoD 150; cross-class skill ranks cost one skill point instead of normal 2.
Disturbing Visage: RoE 117; Tactical; Make Bluff check while fighting defensively to lower enemy’s weapon damage rolls for 1 minute; Make Bluff check to taunt creature that has missed a melee or ranged attack roll against you.  If successful, it has -2 on attack rolls for 1 minute; Make Bluff check to unnerve opponent and if successful it has a -2 penalty to AC for 1 minute.
Persona Immersion: RoE 110; If you successfully save against a divination spell or telepathic psionic power of 3rd level or lower while using minor shape change, you can generate a misleading result.
Quick Change: RoE 110 (not to be confused with Quick Change from Savage Species); You ca use your minor change shape ability as a move action.
Racial Emulation: RoE 110; If you use your minor change shape ability to assume the form of a humanoid creature, you may also emulate any of that creature’s subtypes.  You may ignore the penalty on disguise checks when disguising yourself as a different race.

Dromite Barrier: CPsi 49; Use energy ray uses to create wall of energy that lasts 1d4 rounds.
Dromite Ray: CPsi 49; Can use Energy Ray racial ability two more times per day.

Drow

Gift of the Spider Queen: DotU 50; Spend uses of racial SLAs to gain other SLA effects.
Highborn Drow: RoF 164, Shadowdale 150, Underdark 25; Gain detect good, detect magic, and levitate as SLAs usable 1/day with CL equal to character level.
Lolth’s Blessing: RoF 166, Shadowdale 150; Can use clairaudience/clairvoyance, detect lie, dispel magic, and suggestion each 1/day as SLAs with caster level equal to character level.  Save DCs are charisma-based.
Master of Shadow: DotU 51; Gain extra daily uses of racial SLAs and cast them with +2 Caster Level.
Verminfriend: DotU 53; Make Charisma check to prevent any vermin from attacking you.
Vow of the Spider Queen: DotU 55; Make a vow to Lolth to gain various benefits like being immune to poison, gaining a spit attack, and being able to Rebuke Vermin through uses of Rebuke Undead.
White Scorpion Strike: RoE 112; Your unarmed strike has the ghost touch ability and deals an extra 1d6 points of damage to undead.

Duergar

Duergar Expansion: CPsi 49; Can use Expansion PLA 3/day.  Can be taken multiple times to add 2 uses per day each time.
Duergar Invisibility: CPsi 49; Can use Invisibility PLA 3/day.  Can be taken multiple times to add 2 uses per day each time.
Duergar Mindshaper: RoF 162; Gain +1 bonus to save DCs and +1 bonus on checks to overcome spell resistance with enchantment spells or SLAs.
Iron Mind: RoF 165; Gain +4 bonus on saving throws against psionic effects like those employed by mind flayers or yuanti, and gain +1 bonus to will saves.

Dwarf

Ancestral Knowledge: RoS 136; Make all Knowledge checks untrained; can use Wisdom modifier in place of Intelligence modifier for Knowledge checks.
Battle Hardened: RoS 137; Gain +4 bonus on saving throws vs fear; gain +2 initiative.
Clan Prestige: RoS 137; Gain +4 to Charisma-based skills when dealing with members of same clan.
Dwarven Armor Proficiency: RoS 138; Gain proficiency with battle plate, interlocking plate, interlocking scale, and mountain plate.
Earth Fist: RoS 138; As long as you’re touching the ground, unarmed strikes are treated as cold iron for purposes of overcoming DR.
Gold Dwarf Dweomersmith: RoF 163; Gold Dwarf; Gain +1 to caster level when casting a spell that creates a weapon or enhances an existing one.  This bonus caster level allows you to exceed the normal maximum effect allowed by a spell.  Any magic weapons you create cost 5% less gold.
Hammer Fist: RoF 164 (and Dragon Comp, but not as a dwarf-only feat); Add 1.5x strength bonus on damage rolls with unarmed strikes.  Can’t be used with flurry of blows or if you’re holding anything in either hand.  Must use both hands to make unarmed attack.
Metallurgy: RoF 166; Gold Dwarf; +3 bonus on all Craft (armorsmithing, blacksmithing, or weaponsmithing) checks.
Moradin’s Smile: RoS 142; Gain +2 on all Charisma-based skill checks.
Stable Footing: RoE 112; Gain +4 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground.  In addition, you take no movement penalties for moving over difficult terrain.
Titan Fighting: RoS 145; Apply racial dodge bonus to armor class against Giant type monsters on enemy at least one size category larger than you regardless of type.

Elan

Elan Repletion: CPsi 52; Never need to eat or drink or spend a power point to go 24 hours without food or water.
Elan Resilience: CPsi 52; Use immediate action to reduce damage about to take by 4 points for every 1 power point spent.
Elan Resistance, Enhanced: CPsi 52; Spend immediate action and 1 power point to gain +6 racial bonus to saving throws until beginning of next turn.
Elan Retainment: CPsi 52; 1/day as immediate action, spend 3 power points to maintain psionic focus even if you’ve just taken an action that would normally expend it.

Elf

Aerenal Beastmaster: RoE 105; Add baboon to list of animal companions and Summon Nature’s Ally I list.
Ancestral Guidance: RoE 105; While using action point to modify a D20 roll you can choose to reroll a single action die.  Must accept results of second roll, even if worse than first.
Elf Dilettante: RotW 150; Gain +1 bonus on all untrained skill checks, can make untrained skill checks even on skills that don't normally allow it.
Focused Mind: RotW 151; Gain +2 when Taking 10 or Taking 20 on any Intelligence check or anyIntelligence-based skill check.
Lghtfeet: RotW 151-152; Increase Survival check to track you by 5 or 10 and ignore any penalties on Move Silently checks due to noisy or very noisy terrain.

Githyanki

Githyanki Charm: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of psionic daze PLA to instead use psionic charm as PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githyanki Control: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of far hand PLA to instead use control object as PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githyanki Dismissal: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of dimension door PLA to instead use psionic dismissal PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githyanki Dragonrider: MM4 202; Gain +2 bonus on Diplomacy and Ride checks concerning red dragons, and when riding a red dragon the mount gains +1 bonus on reflex saves and +1 insight bonus to AC.
Githyanki Ectoform: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of concealing amorpha PLA to instead use ectoplasmic form as PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.

Githzerai

Githzerai Burst: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of cat fall PLA to instead use burst as PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githzerai Feedback: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of inertial armor PLA to instead use biofeedback as a PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githzerai Knock: CPsi 54; Expend daily use of concussion blast PLA to instead use psionic knock as a PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.
Githzerai Link: CPsi 55; Expend daily use of psionic daze to instead use mindlink as a PLA with ML equal to ½ HD.

Gnoll

Gnoll Ferocity: RotW 151; Gain bite attack while in a rage or frenzy. DM might make this available for other animal-headed races.

Gnome

Burrow Friend: RoS 137; Gain +2 on Handle Animal and wild empathy checks with burrowing animals.  Gain 1 extra daily use of speak with burrowing animals SLA per point of Cha bonus.
Earth Fist: RoS 138; As long as you’re touching the ground, unarmed strikes are treated as cold iron for purposes of overcoming DR.
Extra Silence: RoS 139; Whisper Gnome; Can use racial Silence SLA 3 + Cha times a day.  Can be taken multiple times and each time taken add 3 additional Silence uses a day.
Forest Gnome Phantasist: RoF 163; Gain +1 bonus to save DCs and +1 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance with Illusion (pattern) and Illusion (phantasm) spells and SLAs.
Gnome Foe Killer: RoS 140; Gain +2 racial bonus on weapon damage rolls against kobolds and goblinoids.
Natural Trickster: RoS 143; Gain the ability to cast one of the following spells as an SLA 1/day: disguise self, silent image, or ventriloquism. Caster level is 1st and save DC is 10 + Cha mod + spell level.  Taking this feat multiple times allows you to select a different spell to use as a SLA.
Piercing Sight: Gain +4 bonus on saving throw made to disbelieve illusions (any illusion spell or effect with “disbelief” in the saving throw entry).
Silencing Strike: RoS 144; Whisper Gnome; Spend daily use of silence SLA to turn a sneak attack into a silencing strike.  Hitting a target with a melee attack and successfully dealing SA damage causes a field of supernatural silence to surround the target.  There is no save to resist this effect.
Titan Fighting: RoS 145; Apply racial dodge bonus to armor class against Giant type monsters on enemy at least one size category larger than you regardless of type.
Trivial Knowledge: RoS 145; Roll twice on any Knowledge check or bardic knowledge check and use better of two results.

Auspicious Marking: RoS 136; Gain +2 bonus on all Charisma=based skill checks when dealing with other goliaths.  Can also reroll any stabilization check once per turn.
Markings of the Blessed: RoS 142; Up to 3/day can roll a second D20 on a saving throw and use the best of either result.
Markings of the Hunter: RoS 142; Roll two dice on initiative checks and use either result.
Markings of the Magi: RoS 142; Up to 3/day can roll 2 dice for a caster level check and use either result.
Markings of the Maker: RoS 142; Up to 3/day, roll a second D20 when attempting any skill check and use either result.
Markings of the Warrior: RoE 142; Up to 3/day, roll a second D20 when making an attack roll and take either result.
Earth Fist: RoS 138; As long as you’re touching the ground, unarmed strikes are treated as cold iron for purposes of overcoming DR.
Heay Lithoderms: RoS 141; Gain +1 natural armor bonus.

Halfling

Dallah Thaun's Luck: RotW 149; Can take a +5 luck bonus to a single saving throw once per day, but gain a -2 penalty on all other saving throws until sunrise the next morning.
Hin Wandermage: RoF 164; Lightfoot halfing; Gain +1 to caster level when casting a spell that helps you travel.  If you are a wizard you may add one of the spells listed as a spell known when you become able to cast it.
Talenta Dinosaur Bond: PGtE 75; Choose a particular dinosaur mount you’re familiar with.  You gain a +4 insight bonus on Ride checks made on conjuction with that mount.  As long as you’re mounted on that creature, both you and oyur mount gain a +1 insight bonus to AC and on reflex saves.
Yondalla's Sense: RotW 152; Add wisdom modifier to initiative checks.  (Note:  This stacks with dex mod to initiative.)

Half-dragon

Sociable Personality: RoD 153; May reroll any Diplomacy or Gather Information checks, but must take the result of the reroll even if it’s worse than the original roll.

Half-giant Stomp: CPsi 55; Can use Stomp racial ability 3/day.  Taking this feat multiple times adds two more daily uses each time.
Half-giant Thunderer: CPsi 55; Racial Stomp PLA has manifester level equal to character level.

Channeled Rage: RoD 150; Spend daily use of rage as immediate action to add Strength bonus on a Will save.
Headlong Rush: RoF 164; Charge attack does 2x damage on successful attacks, but also provokes AoOs from all opponents who can attack into the charge path, including the acharged opponent.
Menacing Demeanor: RoD 155; Gain +4 bonus on intimidate checks.

Half-human

Diverse Background: RoD 156; Choose extra favored class.
Fearless Destiny: RoD 152; 1/day get taken down to -9 HP and stable instead of being taken down to -10 HP or fewer.
Heroic Destiny: RoD 152; Once per day before making an attack roll, ability check, skill check, saving throw, or caster level check, you may roll 1d6 and add it as a bonus on the roll, check, or save.
Human Heritage: RoD 152; You’re treated as humanoid with the human subtype for all effects.  You gain 4 skill points.

Illumian

Bright Sigil: RoD 150; Increase illumination to provide light equal to a daylight spell.  Lasts concentration + 1 rounds.
Enhacned Power Sigils: RoD 152; The bonuses granted by each of your sigils improve by 1.
Improved Sigil (Aesh): RoD 152; Aesh power sigil grants +1 insight bonus per power sigil on melee weapon damage rolls for any weapon for which you have the Weapon Focus feat.
Improved Sigil (Hoon): RoD 152; Hoon power sigil grants +1 insight bonus per sigil on saving throws against death effects, to avoid death by massive damage, and on fort saves to avoid nonlethal damage from hot and cold environments or to resist damage from suffocation.
Improved Sigil (Krau): RoD 152; Can cast a certain number of verbal spells at +1 effective level (as per Heighten Spell).
Improved Sigil (Naen): RoD 153; Naen power sigil grants +1 insight bonus per sigil on saving throws vs illusions and language-dependent effects.
Improved Sigil (Uur): RoD 153; Uur power sigil grants +1 insight bonus per sigil on ranged weapon damage rolls whenever target is denied its Dex bonus to AC.
Improved Sigil (Vaul): RoD 153; Vaul sigil grants +1 insight bonus per sigil on saving throws vs mind-affecting spells and abilities.
Subtle Sigil: RoD 154; You can make your sigils disappear or reappear as a free action.  You gain the benefits of your power sigils even when they’re not visibile.

Kalashtar

Dancing With Shadows: RoE 117; Tactical; Gain +2 bonus to will saves after fighting defensively or using Combat Expertise; On the round after using Combat Expertise or fighting defensively, gain bonus to attack roll equal to dodge bonus of AC gained through Combat Expertise or fighting defensively; After using CE or fighting defensively for two rounds, can retain dodge bonus to AC for one round after ceasing to use CE or fight defensively.
Du’ulora Ancestor: PGtE 83; Expend psi focus while entering rage to increase rage duration by 5 rounds.  Barbarian class levels do not count when determining XP penalties.
Gestalt Anchor: RoE 112, CPsi 54; While psionically focused and within 60 feet of a host or kalashtar ally, all host or kalashtar allies within 60 feet gain a +2 insight bonus on initiative checks and reflex saves.
Hashalaq Ancestor: PGtE 83; Add empathy psionic power to list of 1st level powers known.  Sense Motive is always a class skill.
Insidious Terror: SoS 117; Boost the DC of a mind-affecting psionic power being used against a target affected by your Quori Dread by expending psionic focus.
Kalashtar Mindlink: SoS 117; Can use mindlink PLA 3/day with ML equal to character level.
Kalashtar Thoughtshifter: RoE 118; Tactical; Can spend 1 PP to have next mind blade attack ignore shield bonus to AC; Spend 1 PP to gain +1 insight bonus on attack and damage rolls against an opponent you’ve attacked for 2 consecutive turns; Spend 1 PP to change damage type of mind blade until start of next turn.
Path of Shadows: RoE 110; Gain +2 on Tumble checks, can make a Perform (dance) check in place of a Concentration check to cast a spell or manifest a psionic power defensively.
Quori Dread: SoS 118; Can demoralize a single enemy within 120 feet of you as a move action, causing it to take a -1 morale penalty on attack rolls and damage rolls when it targets you.
Shiled of Thought: RoE 113; Create a light shield instead of a mind blade.
Soulblade Warrior: RoE 112; Can create a mind blade as a swift action.  Effective soulknife level is treated as +2 for the purposes of the mindblade enhancement feature.  When spending an action point to influence an attack roll made using your mind blade, you also add the result of the action point roll to the damage for that attack.
Spiritual Force: RoE 113, CPsi 60; Can expend psionic focuss to gain a bonus equal to Charisma bonus on damage rolls
Strength of Two: RoE 113, CPsi 60; Gain +1 insight bonus to will saves as long as you’re psionically focused and have at least 1 PP remaining.  As immediate action, expend psi focus and spend 1 PP to improve the insight bonus to +5 for 1 round.

Killoren

Killoren Ancient: RotW 151; While manifesting the aspect of the ancient, can spend 10 minutes on any knowledge check and gain +4 on it and be treated as trained in it.
Killoren Destroyer: RotW 151; While manifesting the aspect of the destroyer, any foe you strike vulnerable to your smite attack must make a Will save or be dazed.
Killoren Hunter: RotW 151; While manifesting the aspect of the hunter, can take a move action to pinpoint the location of any living creature within 30 feet if you have line of effect to it.

Kobold

Dragonwrought: RotD 100; Gain Dragon type, immunity to sleep and paralysis effects, drakvision to 60 feet, low-light vision, and +2 on skill checks associated with dragon heritage.
Kobold Endurance: RotD 101; Gain +4 to Strength and Constitution-based checks (but not skill checks), and various other bonuses similar to the regular Endurance feat.  Counts as the Endurance feat for meeting prerequisites.

Maenad

Maenad Fury: CPsi 55; Can use energy ray racial PLA 3/day.  Can take feat multiple times, each time gaining +2/day uses.
Maenad Scream: CPsi 55; Energy ray PLA deals an extra 1 point of damage per die.  Creatures damaged by ray are deafened if they fail a fort save.

Orc

Headlong Rush: RoF 164; Charge attack does 2x damage on successful attacks, but also provokes AoOs from all opponents who can attack into the charge path, including the charged opponent.
Menacing Demeanor: RoD 155; Gain +4 bonus on intimidate checks.

Shifter

Beasthide Elite: ECS 51, gain +4 natural armor while shifting instead of +2.
Cliffwalk Elite: ECS 52, RoE 113, Increase climb speed by 10 while shifting.
Dreamsight Elite, RoE 113, While shifting spend a full round action to gain +5 bonus on Spot checks and see invisible creatures and objects as if using See Invisibility spell.
Extra Shifter Trait: ECS 53, MM3 150, RoE 114, Manifest second Shifter trait but don’t gain temporary ability score bonus.
Gorebrute Elte, RoE 114, Force opposed strength check to knock down opponent using a charge with horns.
Great Bite: ECS 54, Bite attacks have a x3 crit multiplier instead of x2.
Great Rend: ECS 54, If you hit with both claw attacks in a round, deal extra rend damage.
Greater Shifter Defense: Gain DR 4/silver while shifting.
Healing Factor: ECS 55, MM3 150, Gain hit points equal to character level at end of shifting.
Longstride Elite: ECS 57, RoE 114, Gain additional +10 feet to base land speed while shifting.
Longtooth Elite: RoE 114, Deal 1 point of Con damage against living creatures damaged by bite attack.
Razorclaw Elite: Can make two claw attacks at end of charge.
Reactive Shifting: RoE 115, Shift as an immediate action, even when flat-footed.
Shifter Acrobatics: PGtE 135, While shifting, gain bonus on Balance, Jump, and Tumble checks equal to 2x number of shifter feats.
Shifter Agility: RoE 115, Gain +1 dodge bonus to AC and +1 bonus to Ref saves while shifting.
Shifter Defense: ECS 60, MM3 150, Gain DR 2/silver while shifting.
Shifter Ferocity: While shifting, continue to fight without penalty if dying or disabled.
Shifter Instincts: RoE 115, MM 150, Gain +1 to Listen, Sense Motive, and Spot checks and +2 to initiative checks.
Shifter Magnetism: Gain bonus to Handle Animal, Intimidate, and wild empathy checks equal to number of shifter feats.
Shifter Multiattack: ECS 60, Secondary attacks with natural weapons only take a -2 penalty.
Shifter Savagery: RoE 115, While shifting and raging simultaneously, gain increased threat range and increased damage on natural attacks.
Shifter Stamina: RoE 115, While shifting, immune to nonlethal damage and effects of fatigue or exhaustion.
Shifter Stealth: PGtE 135, When shifting, gain bonus to Hide and Move Silently checks equal to 2x number of shifter feats.
Swiftwing Elite: RoE 116, While shifting gain +10 feet to fly speed and maneuverability improves to good.
Truedive Elite: RoE 116, While shifting, increase swim speed by 10 feet and take no penalties to melee attack rolls due to underwater combat.
Wildhunt Elite: RoE 116, While shifting gain blindsense to 30 feet.

Battleshifter Training: RoE 116; Tactical; Fatigue or exhaust opponent; deal extra damage against fatigued, exhausted, dazed, or dazzled opponent; spend action point to make an immediate action attack against an opponent.
Ragewild Fighting: RoE 118; Tactical; Make attack against opponent after failing Will save against a spell; use Power Attack to daze opponent; Make charge and spend action point to deal extra damage.

Synad

Synad Multitask: CPsi 58; Gain one additional daily use of multitask racial trait.  You can spend 1 PP to gain a swift action that you can use to take any purely mental action twice per day.

Thri-kreen

Thri-Kreen Carapace: CPsi 58; Add 1 to your natural armor bonus.
Thri-Kreen Claw: CPsi 58; Can use metaphysical claw PLA 3/day.  Taking this feat multiple times increases the number of time you can use metaphysical claw by 2/day.

Warforged

Adamantine Body: ECS 50, MM3 192, RoE 118; Gain bonus armor, DR 2/adamantine, treated as wearing heavy armor, lowered base speed and bigger penalties to various skills.
Brute Fighting: RoE 116; Tactical; Gain +1 to attack rolls if you charge and they fail to hit you before you next turn; Gain +4 to damage against a successfully bull rushed or overrun opponent on next turn; Gain +2 on attacks after using Power Attack on 2 consecutive rounds again same creature.
Cold Iron Tracery: RoE 119; Natural weapons and grapples are treated as cold iron for DR purposes, gain +1 on Will saves against spells and SLAs.
Construct Lock: RoE 119; Gain extra damage against constructs, can render them helpless and immobile with a modified crit roll.
Improved Damage Reduction: ESC 55; Gain DR 1/adamantine, or increase current DR by 1.  Can take multiple times if Adamantine Body has been taken.
Improved Fortification: ECS 55, MM3 192; Gain immunity to sneak attacks and extra damage from crits, but lose the ability to be healed by spells of the healing subschool.
Improved Resiliency: RoE 119; Gain immunity to nonlethal damage, but can't benefit from fast healing or regeneration effects.
Ironwood Body: RoE 119; Warforged armor treated as light, gain bonus armor, DR 2/slashing, can cast druid spells freely since armor isn't metal.
