For suggestions, corrections and additions on this handbook: http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=11381.0

All help is welcome.

I opened another thread for discussion: http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=11384.0

Reason for this is that most discussions take place in the normal dnd 3.5 section, and real discussions here are (unfortunately) rather rare.

I have to recommend looking into Dragonmarks for just about everything. The Mark of Making and Mark of Shadows are spectacular for Debuffing, Passage can give either Teleport or Overland Flight, Detection gives See Invisibility and True Seeing, and the Sentinel mark is excellent for buffing.

Alas, never played Eberron, don't know anything about them. Doubt I'll have time to look into it in the near future, but if you have concrete suggestions I'll add them.

Just take a peek at the Dragonmarks Handbook I wrote. That has most of what I'd suggest anyway.

The Hengeyokai race from Oriental Adventurers gets to transform into an animal or hybrid form right away, and with the Dragon 318 update it's LA 0. I particularly like badger for burrow or crane/sparrow for flight. The sparrow is also diminutive sized. Definetely helps noncasters get some exotic options of their own.
