Your carnivore pixie will just have to combine it with Shrink Item which reduces items by 4 size categories.  Just make sure you don't still have it swallowed when Shrink Item's duration ends.   :P

I would say it's certainly large enough, but what is the proposed starting point? exit point? I could see it getting silly quickly depending on the party.  Also, you might consider at what level would it be possible for the "dungeon" to just become a new pet for the party? (intentionally or unintentionally)
The starting point and exit point are the same.  Think of it as a Legend of Zelda dungeon, being swallowed by the zora god Jabu Jabu.

Give the whale/shark thing the Blightspawned template (UE) and it becomes a Plant, and thus immune to mind-affecting effects.  When it eventually dies, it becomes a Juju Zombie.  The proprietor of the dungeon could occasionally cast lesser restorations on the blightspawned version to keep it from dying.

It was in Fun Finds v5.0 thread
To contribute... I'll re-add my favorite little thing ever.  With Reserves of Strength and a sufficiently high CL you can cast a Horde Gullet spell large enough to contain buildings.  Thus allowing for Dungeons in Dragons.

Alas, I also thought of that for this thread, but when I looked up Horde Gullet, it turns out it has a "max 100 cubic feet".   :(

Edit:  Oops.  Reserves of Strength allows you to exceed the max limit.  So it would work.
It hardly matters. A CL of 100 would only get you 1000 cubic feet, which is a 10x10x10 area... or a small bedroom.

To be fair to myself, I did get my degree in physics so sufficiently large is any number between how many fingers you have and how many atoms are in a galaxy. :cool
