I need to play a unicorn. No questions, no questions damnit!

For my mysterious, eldritch, and vile purposes I need to play a unicorn at the lowest ECL possible.  I also need to find a way to stand on my hind legs when needed (hands are taken care of).  But how can I go about this?

Mind you I only need the appearance of such, so an awakened horse with a horn graft, or something that isn't technically a unicorn counts, I don't need its extra powers.

Its such a silly idea I actually am unsure where to start with it.

Wildshape Ranger 5/Warshaper 1. Use Morphic Weapons to grow a horn, after you Wildshape into a horse donkey? :lmao

Clever, but sadly I have to naturally be a unicorn shape.  Though that is pretty funny.

Hmm... There is a drakkensteed mount option for paladins in Races of the Dragon Dragon Magic which is basically just a dragonborn horse. It keeps its animal type, too. Since a draconic horse is likely carnivorous (or at least omnivorous), and since I think this is an actual race/animal and not a template, it should be eligible for using in a lycanthrope. The animal form can arguably be the "natural" form for a natural lycanthrope, IIRC. So... will this work?

Edit: It has 4 HD, and natural lycanthropes have +2 LA. So this would be ECL 6, but it should definitely work, and it would give pretty nice stats... Now you just need to figure out how to get it into Warshaper. The Divine Minion template would work, I guess... for another +1 LA.

Fangshield Druid can manifest hands through wild shape, just get Exalted Wild Shape

-Work out a Savage Species progression, 8 levels?

-Be an outsider type race, get PAO'd into a unicorn. Least ECL, least of the unicorn abilities...

Unicorns are magical beasts. I thought of that, but didn't think it would count as his "natural form"...

Can you be an Unbodied and just "Assume Likeness" of a unicorn?  Same ECL as a unicorn, but at least you get psionic powers to go with it.  And then (since you're incorporeal) being able to stand isn't really that big of a deal.

Savage Species has an Anthropomorphic Horse (heavy or light, but not War) for 2HD and no LA.

While there wasn't an Incarnum something about Unicorns
they should fit concept-wise on a Totemist.
Refluff or custom, with the same skill bonuses, the Horn attack.
Maybe the +1 "magic" equivalent, and per essentia.

Most of the thematic unicorn powers are healy-cleric stuff.

And you know  :eh :rolleyes they're missing a Cutie Mark
that makes 1/2 of the female of species be auto-charmed.
(the other half prefer pegasus, duh didn't you know that)

aDMg: The Unicorn Horn soulmeld is on page 91 in the MoI book.
