Can someone with a large enough grapple modifier use the grappled creature as a improvised weapon (thanks to Drunken Master's ability) to make melee attacks?

Can I use the enemy I am grappling with as an improvised weapon and slam it against another enemy while using Fling Enemy feat from Races of Stone?

Since the rules that do allow such things are in Setting Sun maneuvres, it might require that.

GM's decidion in the end, of course

:D ... you mean Howard Stern's Dwarf Tossing Combat Edition ?

Technically, you'd need a "size" to determine how well you could Wield the enemy.

I just (re-)watched Elysium.
Right after this pic, Damon picks up the near-dead bad guy
and throws him at his buddy like 30+ feet (~10 meters).
Misses.  Because obviously he hasn't worn his mecha gear
for long, and hasn't practiced throwing people as weapons.

An Ogre with levels in Drunken Master and Monkey Grip can use a medium creature as a weapon? Is Monkey Grip needed?
