x to y pathfinder

Besides a couple core style boosts to things (monk, paladin, brawler, etc.), a couple bloodlines, scarred witch doctor, the Str to Intimidate, Agile Maneuvers, +dex to trips feat, and that wisdom to physical skill trait.

are there any notable stat changes to abilities or added to effects?

Check this out. It isn't wholly updated, but it's a good start.

I just realized - do you mean differences between 3.5 and PF, or do you mean feats and things that change from the core rules?

No worries.  It hasn't been updated in a year since I don't dig through Pathfinder stuff, if you know of anything that's missing please tell me in the discussion thread and I'll make the additions.

It's like everybody forgets about the work I do around here.

I know the feeling all too well!  +1 for you Nanshork.

Aww, thanks!
