To elaborate on my earlier post, Stealth doesn't just cover being visually hidden - it's all forms of stealth.

Whereas Invisibility hides you visually in a (more or less) "flawless" way... but doesn't cover any sounds or scents you make.

So, ideally, you want both.

Just to throw something else in to consider

Look at the description of Amulet of Proof Against Detection and Location

which is well within ease of acquiring through crafting

They essentially covered for someone who drummed another RPG dev from the industry - I can't remember if it was because she was gay, or if it was because she was transgender.

Or at least, that's what I heard from one of my friends, who was more "with it" during the playtest of 5e.
