Speed reduction

Hey Min-Maxers, I'm looking for all the effects in 3rd edition or Pathfinder that slow an enemy or where an enemy's speed is reduced. Thanks for the help!

So far, I've got:

MIC p64 Crystal of Energy Assault Greater [Cold Assault]: Speed is reduced by 10 ft to a minimum of 5 ft.
APG p128 Hobbling Attack: Skirmisher trick where speed is reduced by half for 1d4 rounds.

I thought you were joking about marbles, but I guess it's a real thing, lol. They should include a banana peel in Ultimate Equipment.

Yup, marbles are in the Arms and Equipment Guide.
