I'm beating myself up about this one. I stumbled across a variant somewhere in the Rokugan books for a variant Sorcerer that gets specialist benefits for "spheres" -- if I recall, based on the four elements (Air/Earth/Fire/Water). Unfortunately, I can't remember the book or page. As best as my late-night patience and focus have allowed, I scoured Magic of Rokugan, the Rokugan Campaign Setting, Way of the Shugenja, Bloodspeakers, Fortunes and Winds and even a large part of Oriental Aventures without finding a hint of it.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about or where it can be found?
