Skills: 2+Int mod, quadruple at first level, Class Skills are Balance, Climb, Intimidate, Jump, Listen, Knowledge(any), Sense Motive, Survival, Spot, Swim

Proficiencies: Its own natural weapons.

Features:

Verdant Reaver Body: The Verdant Reaver loses all other racial bonus and gains Plant traits. It's a medium sized Plant with base speed 30 feet,  two natural Slam attacks dealing 1d6+Str mod damage each. It automatically knows Sylvan.

The Verdant Reaver also gains a bonus to Natural armor equal to 1+Con mod, but takes an extra +50% damage from fire.

Mistress Dependancy: The Verdant Reaver must serve a mistress-a female creature (or one that appears to be female) willing to give the Verdant Reaver orders as well as working for the protection of nature. The most common mistress of a Verdant Reaver is a Dryad, but many follow feys, druids, forest elves. A Verdant Reaver who goes without such a mistress for a year and a day dies.

Mistress Service: As a Swift action, the Verdant Reaver can for 1 round gain a +2 bonus on melee attack and damage rolls against any opponent who harmed the Mistress, as well as attack with both Slams as a standard action as long as he targets such an opponent.

Woodland Stride:  The Verdant Reaver can move through any sort of undergrowth (such as natural thorns, riars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain) at its normal speed and without taking damage or suffering any other impairment. However, thorns, briars, and overgrown areas that have been magically manipulated to imped motion stilla ffect it.

Ability Score Increase: At 1st level the Verdant Reaver gains +2 Str, +2 Con, -2 Int. At 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th levels the Verdant Reaver gains +1 Str and +1 Con for a total of +6 Str, +6 Con, -2 Int at 5th level.

Verdant Growth: At 2nd level squares adjacent to the Verdant Reaver spring up with low brush and tangled roots, even if they are actually bare stone. It costs 2 squares of movement to enter a square of verdant growth. Tumble and Move Silently checks take a penalty in this area equal to the Verdant Reaver's ½ HD. Squares of Verdant Growth revert to their normal state as soon as the Verdant Reaver is no longer adjacent.

Mistress Protection: At 2nd level as a Swift Action the Verdant Reaver can grant Cover and Concealment to its Mistress as long as she's standing in the area of Verdant Growth.

Verdant Rend: If both of a Verdant Reaver's slams hit a single target that is touching the ground and adjacent to the reaver, verdant growth tears at that target, dealing damage equal to your Slam except you deal extra damage equal to half your Str mod.

Mistress Hunt: As an Immediate action, when using Verdant Rend on an opponent who had harmed its Mistress, the enemy is also Entangled for 1 round and locked into place unless they win an opposed Str check against the Verdant Reaver.

Growth: At 4th level the Verdant Reaver grows one size category. It now also adds its Str mod to its Natural armor.

Carry Mistress: At 4th level as long as the Mistress is smaller than the Verdant Reaver, she can “hop on” to it as a free action and move along with it, getting out as another free action. This only provides movement and doesn't protect the Mistress in any special way.

One With Nature: The Verdant Reaver's “birth” starts with an humanoid who was charmed by a dryad for a year and a day suddenly awakening rooted to the ground. They're willing to share the experience with others. At 5th level as a swift or attack action the Verdant Reaver can launch vines as a ranged touch attack with range increment 5 feet per HD. If they hit a target, the victim must succeed on an opposed Str check against the Verdant Reaver or be pulled directly to the nearest adjacent square and be rooted! This movement doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, but the victim is locked to the ground and must succeed on either a Str check or Escape Artist with DC 15+HD+Str mod as a standard action to be able to move from that position (although they can still take other actions as normal).  If they had harmed the Mistress, the Verdant Reaver gains a +10 bonus on the opposed roll.

Mistress Revenge: At 5th level 1/day if the Mistress is reduced to negative HP, killed or rendered helpless, the Verdant Reaver for 1 minute gains +4 Str, +4 Con, +1 Bab and +1 to AC and all saves.
