My aim is to get as much Str, Con and Cha as possible.

Darn, here I was wanting a changeling who can make things awkward in the brothel by switching certain body parts and make people question their sexuality.  Also some Cabinet Trickster or some other way to regularly get into people's heads.

...  And the next idea I had was a Shifter with a Scooby Doo speech impediment.
