Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A Brass Dragon, Epic doesn't gain any new proficiencies.
Features:
Age Progression: As they grow older, dragons don't only grow bigger and mightier, their mental faculties also increase faster than ever. Each epic dragon level fully increases their sorceror spellcasting, for example a dragon 20/epic dragon 3 casts as a 16th level sorceror.
In addition, for each level of Epic Dragon, they gain full ranks in one Knowledge skill of their choice, plus an additional rank for each new level they gain. They may also pick a specific Profession and Craft skill of their choice at each Epic Dragon level, adding it to their class skill and gaining full ranks on it as well, plus another rank every time they gain a level.
Ancient Scales: The Epic Dragon's DR/magic is doubled, and now magic weapons don't automatically ignore it. Instead, for each +1 magic enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls a magic weapon has, it ignores only 5 points of this DR.
Just Communication: The Epic Brass Dragon can use Melodramatic Speech at will and Grand Speech uses become per hour instead of per day. Once per hour they can use Melodramatic Speech as a free action. In addition it can now use his Alternate Form ability at will as a move or swift action.
Growth: The Epic Brass Dragon grows another size category at 1st level.
Ability Score Increase: The Epic Brass Dragon gains +1 to Str, Con and Cha at each level, for a total of +3 Str, +3 Con and +3 Cha at 3rd level.
Brass Forge: At 2nd level,each day with one hour of work and by using his own scales, the Epic Brass Dragon can produce
Pure Brass items, as long as their total value isn't higher than 10% of the dragon's WBL. If he dons a suit of pure gold armor, shield and weapon he crafted himself while in an humanoid form and transforms back into his draconic form, the equipment will resize acordingly, the suit of armor replacing his natural armor bonus (including scintillating scales), the shield covering his wings and making him thus unable to use them to attack (but he can still fly), and the weapon applying to his bite attack. He can use his spells and SLAs normally while wearing Pure Brass armor he crafted himself. He needs not meet any oter crafting prerequisites. He can choose to don't spend treasure in this crafting, in which case the items are highly delicate and will fragment in useless pieces in 24 hours.
Great Brass Wyrm: At 3rd level the Epic Brass Dragon gains +3 Natural armor. In addition, it can now use Melodramatic Speech as a free action once per 5 rounds, Grand Speech as a move or Swift action, and Grandious Tale 1/hour. its Frigthful Presence will panic enemies that have less HD than the Epic Brass Dragon's own HD-4.
Trying to do these in pairs, and Brass dragons are supposed to be the rivals to blue dragons. Hardest part was making Pure Brass as support, otherwise the Brass Dragon has only 3 levels and didn't take much work, mostly buffing its previous abilities.
