4 Skill points+int per level. Class skills: Concentration, climb, jump, spot, listen, apraise, bluff, Hide, Move Silently, intimidate, Knowledge(any), Search, spellcraft.
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A Blue Dragon, Epic doesn't gain any new proficiencies.
Features:Age Progression: As they grow older, dragons don't only grow bigger and mightier, their mental faculties also increase faster than ever. Each epic dragon level fully increases their sorceror spellcasting, for example a dragon 20/epic dragon 3 casts as a 16th level sorceror.
In addition, for each level of Epic Dragon, they gain full ranks in one Knowledge skill of their choice, plus an additional rank for each new level they gain. They may also pick a specific Profession and Craft skill of their choice at each Epic Dragon level, adding it to their class skill and gaining full ranks on it as well, plus another rank every time they gain a level.
Ancient Scales: The Epic Dragon's DR/magic is doubled, and now magic weapons don't automatically ignore it. Instead, for each +1 magic enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls a magic weapon has, it ignores only 5 points of this DR.
Lighting Strikes Twice: Once per hour, the Epic Blue Dragon may double the electricity damage of any one attack it uses as a free action.
Growth: The Epic Blue Dragon grows another size category at 1st level.
Ability Score Increase: The Epic Blue Dragon gains +1 to Str, Con and Cha at each level, for a total of +5 Str, +5 Con and +5 Cha at 5th level.
Shocking Lore: At 2nd level, the Epic Blue Dragon learns all [Electricity] spells of levels it can cast. Whenever it unlocks a new spell level, it automatically learns all [Electricity] spells of those levels as well. Those spells cannot be retrained into non [Electricity] spells. If the Epic Blue Dragon had learned [Electricity] spells with his normal sorceror spellcasting before, he can retrain them to non [Electricity] spells of the same respective levels just before gaining this ability.
Thunder Forge: At 3rd level,each day with one hour of
work shocking things, welding and crushing, the Epic Blue Dragon can produce items (even magic items) that deal electricity damage or offer electricity resistance/immunity, as long as their total value isn't higher than 10% of the dragon's WBL, and said items don't deal sonic damage or offer sonic resistance/immunity. He needs not meet any oter crafting prerequisites. He can choose to don't spend treasure and exp in this crafting, in which case the items are highly unstable and will explode violently dealing 20d6 electricity damage to the wielder in 24 hours.
Draconic Casting: At 4th level, the Epic Blue Dragon can cast one spell as a free action during its turn, provided it doesn't cast any other spells on the same turn.
Great Blue Wyrm: At 5th level the Epic Blue Dragon gains +6 Natural armor. In addition, it can now use its Lighting Strikes Twice ability once per 5 rounds, its Overlord Ability summons an extra 1d4 blue dragons of a level equal to his own level -2, and its Frigthful Presence will panic enemies that have less HD than the Epic Blue Dragon's own HD-4.
Azure Superiority: Blue Dragons love to rule over others, not through subtle trickery, but raw demonstrations of power. At 5th level whenever the Blue Dragon kills a creature, all other creatures that witnessed of a lower or equal CR must make a Will save with DC 10+1/2 HD+Cha+Str mod mod or surrender and swear their blind allegiance to the Blue Dragon, being allowed a new save every month to break free or if ordered to take clearly suicidical orders. A natural 20 doesn't automatically succeed at this and not even undeads nor constructs are safe.
Getting around to do some more epic progressions. The base, Blue Dragon was the second one I did, third monster class. Ah, memories.
Anyway obviously focused on lighting and thunder, then more focused on gathering and using minions.
