+0 LA That Gives +2 Int?

Just been asked a near impossible question from a player. Is there a +0 LA template out there that gives you +2 Intelligence? If so, what is it? If not, that's fine.

Yeah, I looked at that list too. However, I would have sworn there was a fire template that was +0, but maybe that's the desert one. I told him that he was asking for the impossible.

Some people like to extrapolate from fire elf and fire hobgoblin, but no, there's no “fire” template.

I can't remember if it was fire souled, or flame soul, or something. I know there was a +0 LA template that was along those lines. Can't think of it for the life of me though. Oh well. Probably didn't give a +2 Int anyways.

There was a Fire-Souled template in some Dragon magazine (I'd have to check which when I come home) that used to be listed on crystalkeep as +0, but it's actually LA +3 (I don't remember if it does give +Int).

Found it, and sure it enough it's +3. Gives +4 Cha.

Yeah, that one I found, but he won't take it. He wants something without penalty. He's already got low stats, but he wanted more. Can't be done it would seem.

Yup. He came up with what he figures is one of the best builds for a whisper gnome, but he wanted even higher Int.
