Traits and Flaws

Note: I know this question has been asked, verbatim, before, but I have failed to find it.

Other than UA, where can traits and flaws (non-homebrew) be found?

Edit: Found a full list of the flaws from dragon magazines. Is there anywhere else for flaws? (still haven't found traits.)

THIS -- select the "flaw" or "trait" option (can only choose one at a time), then hit "find" at the bottom of the page.

Lots of non-UA flaws; however, I think that all of the traits are simply out of UA.
